Hey folks, noticing that Wealthbox CRM doesn’t have an action that allows us to update an existing record (contact, household, etc). Is this feature in development, and does anyone know of any workarounds for this?
Specifically, I’m imagining a sales funnel where we get a prospect’s name and e-mail address and use that info to create an initial Wealthbox contact record. After we have a call with them, we send them another online form with lots of questions and ideally that information is used to complete the remainder of the Wealthbox profile.
