I basically want for Zapier to go to shopify every day and get all the new orders in the last 24 hours and paste them in google sheet below the old orders. I am currently stuck after making the schedule and filter

Now stuck here how to get orders from shopify to google sheets

Hi @AhmedAbid

Welcome to the Community! I'm sorry you’re having trouble with your Zap.

At the moment, Zaps are only built to look at new and incoming information, and won't process existing data. You can read a bit more about this here: https://zapier.com/help/create/basics/why-isnt-my-zap-triggering-on-existing-records. This means that data created before the Zap is turned on won't be pulled in automatically.

In order to get existing data into your action app, there are two options: Transfer by Zapier and a Google Sheets Workaround.

Transfer by Zapier:
Transfer is a feature that you can use to send existing data from one app to another. Transfer lets you select which data to send so you only send the data that you want: https://zapier.com/help/create/other-functions/bulk-import-data-into-apps-with-transfer.

Transfer currently works with the following source apps: https://zapier.com/help/create/other-functions/which-apps-does-transfer-support.

Google Sheets:
Alternatively, if you're able to export data from your trigger app as a spreadsheet or CSV file, you may be able to "import" them using a separate Zap. This guide has some great visual references for getting that workaround set up:
