Hi, I want Zapier to find a folder in OneDrive by inputing data from a previous step. The step that feeds data to this part returns “Customer Name - Customer Id”, and is put in the search folder part of my step. Everything works ok most of the time, even when I input characters such as &, à, é or whatever we have in French. The only cause of the problem seems to be when the customer has an apostrophe in his name. No way to find a folder like “C’ustomer”. I even tried to let OneDrive create a new folder when it failed to find the first one, and mapped my search to the folder created instead. Same result. When there’s an apostrophe, everything seems to go wrong.Any thoughts on how to prevent this from happening ?
Hi Zapier Community,I hope you're all doing well. I'm reaching out here because I'm facing a bit of a roadblock while trying to create a Custom Action for Brevo. My goal is to set up an automation that allows me to create a new campaign through Brevo's API https://developers.brevo.com/reference/createemailcampaign-1.I've followed the instructions provided and used the Zapier custom action assistant, but I seem to be encountering an issue. When I create the Input Fields, I can only see one field called "campaignDetails." However, according to Brevo's API documentation, there should be more fields available for input.I'm not very technical, so I apologize if this seems like a basic question. Essentially, what I'm trying to achieve is to have the ability to control all the fields as per Brevo's API documentation directly from Zapier.Could someone kindly guide me through the process or point me in the right direction? Any assistance or insights would be greatly appreciated.Thank you so muc
Hello,First timer here.I am currently evaluating Zapier to see if will help streamline a process I go through frequently. The tool seems fairly straightforward and I have at least been able to make the connections to the systems I am using. I would like to know if the following use case is possible:Automate (probably weekly) checking Salesforce to see which customer’s contracts have expired. This would be accomplished by checking the contract expiration date field and listing all customers where the expiration date is less than today. Next, I would like to somehow pass that customer(s) (I’ll probably create a customer id field in Salesforce) to a Postgresql query to check a certain date field to see if they are still using the solution after expiration.I’m not looking for step-by-step, but rather if the above can be accomplished and if so, how can I pass parameters (e.g. customer id) found in Salesforce to the SQL query?Open to other solutions as well (e.g. writing results to Googl
Hello!I currently maintain an account with Monday.com, and I am interested in automating an SMS feature to send text messages to specific employees within the platform. We presently utilize a virtual phone line named Aircall, enabling manual message sending. Unfortunately, direct integration between Aircall and Monday.com is proving challenging. Consequently, I am exploring the possibility of integration via Zapier. If this avenue is not viable, I would appreciate guidance on alternative methods for achieving the desired integration using Zapier.
Hi everyone, I've been thinking about improving our user experience at the business, and I'm keen to set up a zap that streamlines our processes. Given that we offer six different services, each requiring a different follow-up email for clients, we're currently facing the challenge of sending out multiple individual emails, which I believe could be overwhelming for our recipients. To simplify this, I'm considering the option of consolidating all follow-up texts for each service and sending out just one email. The aim is to ensure we provide relevant information without overwhelming anyone's inbox. I was wondering if it's feasible to set up a zap that can automatically determine the relevant text to include based on the type of order. Hi guys. When I do a webhook post, the data I enter needs to be sent in the order I enter it, however when I test the zap, it sends it in alphabetical order. Is there any reason why this is? I am sending data to do a s3 data upload. Thanks
I want to send out an email to a large number of different email addresses when a new zapier event is triggered.When a new document is created in a specific google docs folder, I want that document automatically sent out to 10 people. I keep a list of those 10 people and their email addresses in a google sheet file. I’m trying to make a zap for this, and I’m able to get it all worked out up to choosing the correct column in my google sheet file. BUT, it’s asking me for a specific ‘Lookup Value’ and I don’t know how to address this. I’ve looked in to using a wildcard symbol, but this doesn’t work. Help?
I have a Zap set up so when a user fills in a form on our website (webflow), it triggers a flow that creates a contact in Hubspot and fills in the contact with the basic data gathered from the form; First Name, Last Name, Email, Phone No., Years Experience and Profession. Most of the data is pulls into the Hubspot contact when it is created, all apart from First Name and Last name. There are no issues with Years experience, Profession, Email when Zapier gets hubspot to create the contact. I have fixed this issue multiple times now and every time it just randomly stops pulling those two form fields. Please help before I throw my laptop out a 9th floor window!

I have a zap that will upload an image to Google Drive that is posted to a certain channel within my Slack group. My employees will upload an image with “CUSTOMERNAME JOB####” to the post. Is it possible to have my zap name the image file “CUSTOMERNAME JOB####” when it uploads the file into google drive? I see the field where I can choose the name of the file, but I do not see a way to select the slack text message as the file name. Thank you!

I’m trying to create a Zap that connects GCal to Airtable. This was one of the recommended Zaps. Here’s what I need to do: 1). Someone accepts my calendar invite.2). I look for the calendar invite acceptee in Airtable, searching for by email.3). If there’s a matching email record in Airtable, I want to update an Airtable field that says “Mtg Accepted”. 4). If no matching email record in Airtable, do nothing. I can set all this up, except in the Gcal to Zapier sync, you can see that Zapier is pulling both my email address (the calendar invite sender) and the recipient email address (calendar invite acceptee). How do I just search in Airtable for the acceptee email? Because, obviously searching in Airtable for both of our email addresses won’t match anything. My thought is to write a search formula that parses out the sender email, but I can’t seem to get the search function correct. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance.

So I posted a topic on this earlier but it was closed. I am importing records from Docparser PDF scans and need to have all new Docparser scanned data record to Knack and then export to a CSV. For example, if 20 documents are scanned through Docparser, 20 records should be recorded to the Knack table (which works) and then I need 1 CSV file with the 20 records with headers. I can get the GDrive connector to export new records but it separates each record into 1 file each which doesn’t work. I tried looping but what do I loop on? There seems to be no common dominator on the loop? How do I tell the loop to just loop for the newest records that were just processed? I can’t imagine there is not a way to get Zap or Knack to export the newest records processed to a CSV. CSVs are so common. Does anyone know how to do this? I have been trying to get this working for a month now and it’s holding up a project I am trying to complete. I need to build this into the ZAP or Knack workflow. Is it pos
Hi everyone, In a last ditch attempt to try and resolve my woes I thought the community may be help me with some issues I’m having. I work for a small music college and we’ve been updating our systems and the data we collect (some we are legally obligated to) For the data collection we’re using JotForms, it’s really customisable and helps since we need to collect specific information and of course, sensitive information. The issue lies in when I request the data to be sent to the CRM. To test the process I had my work colleagues submit some dummy forms, now when multiple forms come in, Zapier just sticks to ‘Submission A’ for example, it wont move on to the next submissions. e.g. Submission B, Submission C. The data does get input into the system but will continue to say ‘example@example.com’ is already on the system. Does anyone know how to make this process work?
Hi there, Today 29/01/2021, my Google Sheet to creating new row when my Zap is Trigger by RepairShopr Ticket Status Changed. Before this there has no problem, when I use the Ticket Status Changed as trigger. Then the new row will created in Google Sheet when RepairShopr Created a New Ticket with the status “New”.Now it won’t update or create new row when there have New Ticket created. Does anyone face this issue?
Hi! I want to create a Zap from Gravity Form submission which creates a new spreadsheet then in THAT spreadsheet creates new rows with data from form submission. I got the first step in creating the new sheet but can’t figure out how to then enter new rows into that just created sheet. When I try an set it up ask which sheet to send to but I don’t see an option for it to go to the sheet it just created. Is this even possible? Thanks!

Create Spreadsheet Row-------Spreadsheet, Custom: 2. ID-------Worksheet: Selected worksheet to insert new row I Can get all of this set up, but it never asks me which fields to put in the new row that are from the New Salesforce record? It does that when I do a normal create spreadsheet row so im thinking it has something to do with me making this a 3rd action after the create spreadsheet action.
I am new to Zapier Integrations, but I am technically geeky.I am trying to add/update my Excel spreadhseet with customers birthdays. I have a list with their names and dates of births on. I understand i may have to create or update the Sheet to make it ‘talk’ to Zapier properly. However, I have the following question please?How can i set it up so i can only add data to a particular “worksheet/tab”? I currently have each tab set up to represent each month - so I’d want to add client details to the corresponding tab of their birthdayThe only way I can think about it is to have 12 sets of Zaps with filters only pulling across Ciient data for each month and then adding it to the corresponding “worksheet/tab” Thanks
Heya, I’m trying to insert a specific field (1) using {{Embeds Fields 1 Value:}} but it’s returning an exclamation mark. The default is “Embeds Fields Value:” which gives too much information. How would I fix this? The action is a post to Facebook with my trigger being a message posted in Discord. TIA
Hi, I’m wondering if it is possible to trigger an email to specific Gmail addresses when a specific field in a Google Form is selected over another field.So for example, say you have 3 store locations, and you want the person filling out your form to indicate which store location is closest to them by selecting one instead of the other two. And your desire is that, based on which store they choose, your Zap triggers an email to that specific store’s email address (instead of the other two stores’ email addresses). This way, only one store (the relevant one) is notified about a new form submission, rather than all three. Thanks in advance for any insight that can be provided -
