Can I trigger an email based on a specific form field selection in Google Forms

Hi, 

I’m wondering if it is possible to trigger an email to specific Gmail addresses when a specific field in a Google Form is selected over another field.

So for example, say you have 3 store locations, and you want the person filling out your form to indicate which store location is closest to them by selecting one instead of the other two. And your desire is that, based on which store they choose, your Zap triggers an email to that specific store’s email address (instead of the other two stores’ email addresses). This way, only one store (the relevant one) is notified about a new form submission, rather than all three.
