HELP NEEDED! I am trying to Connect WooCommerce & Active Campaign. Creating a New customer in Woo to trigger that customer to enter an automation in Active Campaign. The Zap works but the problem I have is that the ‘Subscriber email’ value is not being dynamically added. For some reason it is set to my test email address so everytime it gets triggered the automation sends to the test email not the customer. No doubt it is something simple but for the life of me, I cant work it out… TIA
Good morning, I’m new and i’m having some questions for managing subscription in stripe. I use payment links to charge themI need a zap to create a google sheet row when a subscription is created - pretty easy but I have a question, at the end of the first period what happens? Do I get a second row with updated dates? Or nothing changes? (I need to pass the product id of the stripe product as well since I’m using it to other purposes, which is the correspondent stripe field?) I need a second zap that when the paying cycle is renewed/fails to be renewed I need to update the row of that customer I need a third zap that when a customer delete the subscription his row is updated at the end of the current billing cycle (better alternative) or deleted (if nothing else is possible)I hope someone could help me out, I have seen that there are integrations available but I want to be sure to make everything correct
Hello Zap community! I recently created a zapier account in hopes to reduce sync errors between Hubspot and Salesforce. Here is what our ideal process looks like:A lead submits a Hubspot formThat hubspot form has the salesforce partner account and salesforce owner user id as hidden fields.Those fields feed into salesforce to create a new lead with the proper Partner company associated and proper lead owner. I have finally been able to sync the partner company appropriately. But the lead owner in salesforce continues to be assigned to system account. Thoughts? Feedback?

I’m creating a Google Form called “Calendar Request” so our employees can request events to be added to our organization’s main Google Calendar. My plan is to add an “Approved?” column in the form response Google Sheet with checkbox data validation; checking the box (i.e. altering that column) would trigger a Zap that pulls information from the form response sheet to create a detailed calendar event in our main calendar.I’d like the Zapier action to “Create Detailed Event in Google Calendar” to include resources such as rooms and vehicles that have already been set up within our Google Workspace. Resources don’t have unique email addresses, but they do each have their own calendar. They are typically added to events from within Google Calendar like attendees.The only field I see on the Zapier action that might work to request resources is “Attendees” - but since Resources don’t have unique email addresses, I am not sure if field mapping will be sufficient. Please help!

We have integrated Airtable with Salesforce using Zapier. We have created the zap to update or create a record in salesforce when any record is created or updated in Airtable. In this only 100 records are created or updated in salesforce, rest of the records are not updated or created in salesforce. These records are triggered manually. Can anyone able to help me with this?
Here the output shows separate fields (along with user, ts and type)for each text being sent in slack.My question is out of the list, how to filter out based on user id.for example if user = <user id>, format remove the matching result and output only the text sent other users in separate fields.How can I do this filter using formatter by Zapier?

Hi,I created a trigger and action in my integration Zapier.The trigger "New contact" is ok, The action "Create event" is ok, Oauth2 is ok, Refresh token is ok.I created a zap with trigger “new contact” from our crm with resthook. The subscribe and unsubscribe webhook tested and are ok. When i launch manualy the zap, the trigger and the action work properly.But, when i activate “zap” to “on”, nothing is happening. I wait 10, 15, 60 minutes but nothing is happening.New entries (new contact in the CRM) do not seem to refresh automatically in the zap trigger.Is it because i'm on a free plan or our app is not published in Zapier ?Thanks your response.
When I upload a test file with a Zap to my server the contents are in JSON format as a long string. When I upload a file with a live Zap the text is parsed onto different lines. I don’t want the text to be parsed. About 4 months ago this was not an issue but now is. How do I turn off this auto encoding so that the test and live Zap are the same?

I am having a whole lot of trouble with this Zap.What I am trying to do is to “when row in google sheets is updated > find trello card > Update Trello Card”.I thought this would be simple, but clearly, it is not. I would like it to, every time I update a row in google sheets, find the appropriate Trello card in a workspace (or create one) and update it accordingly. I would even be happy if it just indexed one board.The problem I’m running into is that it’s requiring a list name to index. I am trying to create a Zap that automatically extracts details from a Live Excel Spreadsheet and then will create and populate a Jira Service desk issue.
I work for an MSP that is full stack support. I am the project manager and have come to find that Connectwise (CWM) project management is pretty abysmal. My engineers still need to enter time into connectwise and we manage our project templates in Connectwise.What Im trying to do is create a Zap to copy projects from our Managed Services Board and Professional Service boards into the appropriate boards in Asana. I need to copy project name, tickets, and tasks on projects as subtasks of tickets if any.I currently have a zap created from CWM > Asana to find and create MS Project tickets and place them on the Managed Services board, but cannot figure out how to get tickets or subtasks into Asana. Any help?
Hi,I use the mollie => moneybird ZAP to forward orders to moneybird so that a contact is created if not present and the invoice is created.Now I only see that the action is also carried out for NOT paid orders. Can I set somewhere that payment must be made before the order goes to moneybird? Now it's no use to me.

Create a folder; Upload a file; Then send to outlookHey thereI have a zap which basically creates a google drive folder and adds four files (editable google sheets documents) to the four folders, and then send email in Microsoft outlook.But for some reason, it send the file as a .PHP instead of .xslx, even when I specified the file attachment as .xslx. Can anyone advice on this?

Hi to all, I have a sudden error with my automation. Baisley, what it does is it passes the details of the lead that has signed up on my website from Mailchimp to monday.com.In the last 24 hours or so, I had a troubleshooting error with it, And the problem is with the Phone field that doesn't pass. The formatting looks good, and I tried a couple of formatting methods, read and followed the formatting page at monday.com website, and had no luck with them. If I choose another column type, like text or a long test column. It works.It's important to note that the automation worked flawlessly for weeks and months! added some screenshots below.
