I am trying to create a Zap that automatically extracts details from a Live Excel Spreadsheet and then will create and populate a Jira Service desk issue.

Hi @Troy Tessalone , I am uncertain which direction to work the Zap. I initially thought that by creating a Jira Service Desk issue I would use that to trigger that Zap and that would then lookup the information in the Live Jira Excel Spreadsheet that holds the required information. Ideally I would like the lookup to then populate fields within the Jira Service Desk issue that was created. I hope I am making sense.

  2. Action: Excel - Find Row
  3. Action: Jira Service Mgmt - Update Request
