Hello, I attempt to link my exchange account to Zapier, and it only finds my personal Outlook account and not my business calendar and email. How do I fix this?
I have a zap that will upload an image to Google Drive that is posted to a certain channel within my Slack group. My employees will upload an image with “CUSTOMERNAME JOB####” to the post. Is it possible to have my zap name the image file “CUSTOMERNAME JOB####” when it uploads the file into google drive? I see the field where I can choose the name of the file, but I do not see a way to select the slack text message as the file name. Thank you!

Hello AllI need help solving a problem with an automation.The automation is supposed to add a new row to an Excel sheet every time a new item is created or updated in Monday.com. I've mapped the columns from Monday.com to the corresponding columns in Excel (using the column IDs).During the test, the row is correctly created in Excel with all the information in the right place, but when I add a new user on monday, only the first column corresponding to the item name (pulse name ?!) is added on excel, without the data from the other columns.I've tried troubleshooting the problem by checking the Zap, verifying the column mappings, and checking the data in Monday.com, but without success.If anyone has encountered this problem before or has suggestions on what I could try next, I would be very grateful for your help.Thank you in advance for your time and assistance.
I’m trying to create a Zap that connects GCal to Airtable. This was one of the recommended Zaps. Here’s what I need to do: 1). Someone accepts my calendar invite.2). I look for the calendar invite acceptee in Airtable, searching for by email.3). If there’s a matching email record in Airtable, I want to update an Airtable field that says “Mtg Accepted”. 4). If no matching email record in Airtable, do nothing. I can set all this up, except in the Gcal to Zapier sync, you can see that Zapier is pulling both my email address (the calendar invite sender) and the recipient email address (calendar invite acceptee). How do I just search in Airtable for the acceptee email? Because, obviously searching in Airtable for both of our email addresses won’t match anything. My thought is to write a search formula that parses out the sender email, but I can’t seem to get the search function correct. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance.

I might have a problem with the Trigger from Stripe “New subscription” i don’t know why but all the paiement even if it’s paid goes into the status of Incomplete.Here an exemple..Do u know why i get that ? This used to work. Zapier no longer posts a picture/text to Facebook. I get a 403 error when posting to a page.I renewed permissions on the Zapier business integration app on my FB account. Tried the zap again and it came up with the same error.I remove the Zapier business integration app and from the zap I re-connected and installed it with all permissions. It still produces this error.I’ve tried a whole bunch of other things to try and get it to work but nothing. Facebook refuses to offer sufficient permissions for me to post a photo to a page.Any help?
SOLVED: I found the culprit. After writing this forum post I was able to pinpoint the problem to a specific email address which had put a Zapier converter on a specific date which was used as the start date. The converter was written absolutely wrong causing below explained behaviour. The way the issue was caused was because EMAIL A has a trigger on “NEW EVENT” and sends over a new event to “EMAIL MASTER” → Here is where the faulty date was also filled in. EMAIL MASTER is where I encountered the issue who was just doing what it was being told from the EMAIL A event.Leaving the post online if I would encounter this issue again somewhere in the future so I will first check individual emails instead of writing an angry post.For Future JNacho possibly googling this issue: Make sure to check every incoming request individually first before accusing someone else making a mistake. When using the trigger: Outlook new event and trying to create events on other emails to sync different agenda’s
Is there any documentation which Zapier Field (Comment, Content Title, Content Description, Content Image Content URL) goes to which LinkedIn-Field or how Zapier compose it to a LinkedIn-Post?Because in LinkedIn I just have one field. And I think this a some kind of rich text field, because formatting is allready done within.
Hi there, Today 29/01/2021, my Google Sheet to creating new row when my Zap is Trigger by RepairShopr Ticket Status Changed. Before this there has no problem, when I use the Ticket Status Changed as trigger. Then the new row will created in Google Sheet when RepairShopr Created a New Ticket with the status “New”.Now it won’t update or create new row when there have New Ticket created. Does anyone face this issue?

Hi! I want to create a Zap from Gravity Form submission which creates a new spreadsheet then in THAT spreadsheet creates new rows with data from form submission. I got the first step in creating the new sheet but can’t figure out how to then enter new rows into that just created sheet. When I try an set it up ask which sheet to send to but I don’t see an option for it to go to the sheet it just created. Is this even possible? Thanks!

I am able to retrieve all Contact ID’s from a Deal in Hubspot, however I want to filter to only retrieve Contacts with certain association types.Then, I want to do 2 things:Associate only those Contacts with a single Task (I have achieved this without filtering by Association Type using the Deal to Contact ID from Find Associations step) Create Engagements (Tickets) for each of the filtered ContactsFiltering by Association Type, and then creating Engagements for each Contact is key, thanks!
I am working on automating data synchronisation between two Notion databases and need some guidance on setting up Zaps for updating entries. Here's what I'm trying to achieve: Objective: When an item in my primary Notion database is updated, I want those changes to be reflected in a corresponding item in a secondary Notion database. The secondary database acts as a passive mirror, only updating when changes are made in the primary. Current Setup: I have a Zap that triggers on "New Database Item" in the first Notion database, which creates a corresponding new item in the second database. This part works fine. ID-------Worksheet: Selected worksheet to insert new row I Can get all of this set up, but it never asks me which fields to put in the new row that are from the New Salesforce record? It does that when I do a normal create spreadsheet row so im thinking it has something to do with me making this a 3rd action after the create spreadsheet action.
Heya, I’m trying to insert a specific field (1) using {{Embeds Fields 1 Value:}} but it’s returning an exclamation mark. The default is “Embeds Fields Value:” which gives too much information. How would I fix this? The action is a post to Facebook with my trigger being a message posted in Discord. TIA

Hi, I’ve got the need to create an application on the phone and ask for a mail to send a download link for the desktop counterpart of the same app. These two are linked together. I am sending an xml POST to an external system, which is returning responses. Normally I can use responses from other systems in subsequent steps, but for some reason I can’t with these responses. Anyone know how to fix this? Here is a screenshot of a test stage in its simplest form. As you can see the external system gave a response of “Successful”, but when I try to use that response - like by sending an email (but i’ve tried in multiple others ways so the error is not limited to gmail) The system enters the code “Anet Api Xml V 1...” before the response and leaves the response out.How do I fix this? I want to get the response ONLY “Successful” and not the xml code descriptors.
