hello im using seoul/asia time zone for facebook leads ad to google sheets my problem is created time is not working its shows diffrent time i saw the tips setting my zaiper time to seoul but its same how can i take real time to google sheets? thanks for helps
Good morning, I’m new and i’m having some questions for managing subscription in stripe. I use payment links to charge themI need a zap to create a google sheet row when a subscription is created - pretty easy but I have a question, at the end of the first period what happens? Do I get a second row with updated dates? Or nothing changes? (I need to pass the product id of the stripe product as well since I’m using it to other purposes, which is the correspondent stripe field?) I need a second zap that when the paying cycle is renewed/fails to be renewed I need to update the row of that customer I need a third zap that when a customer delete the subscription his row is updated at the end of the current billing cycle (better alternative) or deleted (if nothing else is possible)I hope someone could help me out, I have seen that there are integrations available but I want to be sure to make everything correct
Hi,I made a Google Spreadsheet and connected to my Discord server.It has to refres the date fro a cell every day (the date will refresh automaticly in the Google Spreadsheet).Evenn trigger: New or Updated Spreadsheet Row in Google SheetsEvent: Send Channel Message in Discord Trigger Column: Aid: 2row: 2 So in my spreadsheet A2 is the date I want to update every day and it will send a message to the channel. It works until I close the tab that this Zap is in. After that everything went wrong and wasn’t able to get the right data. Not to mention that is in not too instant, took 3-5 mins to update, but for me it is not a big problem. Other strange thing for me if I press Load more in the Test Trigger I can find Spreadsheet Row A-E now but have only one row. How can i delete these? They have previous dates but for testing I needed to change them.
Heya, I’m trying to insert a specific field (1) using {{Embeds Fields 1 Value:}} but it’s returning an exclamation mark. The default is “Embeds Fields Value:” which gives too much information. How would I fix this? The action is a post to Facebook with my trigger being a message posted in Discord. TIA

Not too sure if anyone has done that before in this community.The request is something simple as Project Number, Max count of Warnings and Max Mb file size over the last 7 days.The webhooks ive setup seem to work.Its just no data is coming through to use in zapier??Any help would be amazing.Cheers
Hi there!I am having a small issue with my Typeform > Zapier > Webflow CMS automationFor context, I have a Typeform form that includes an image upload. I can manage to get all the text data to be pulled into my Webflow blog CMS but I can’t get the image upload from the form to get uploaded into Webflow. I think it has something to do with the image URL that Zapier creates not being a public one so Webflow can’t pull it in. FYI I reached out to Webflow support and this is what they said:--Typically, the Webflow CMS will import an image when:The image is hosted on a publicly accessible URL, meaning that the Typeform image URL should not be private. The image URL ends in an image format supported by Webflow (.png, .jpg, etc) — Image file types | Webflow University. The image file size is below the recommended limit of 4MB — Image field - Webflow University.--The image meets the last two conditions but I don’t think if it meets the first.Can someone please help!Thanks in advance :)
WI think I have the Zap created correctly, but instead of the photo being upload into Google, Zapier creates a .txt document on my Google Drive
My marketing agency has started using Teamwork for project management. I do not like its timekeeping system, though, and would like to go back to using Harvest.I understand Harvest and Teamwork can connect through Zapier.I’ve run into an issue though, creating a Zap myself:I can set up a Zap to pull Harvest time onto ONE specific project, but I need it to map across multiple projects. (For example, if I bill time to Client A, Client B, and Client C, I need it to map to those respective Teamwork projects.) I will need to repeat this process for six to eight people, and 30 clients.Many thanks for any insights and assistance!
I’m using the “New Payment in Stripe” trigger, and it doesn’t seem to trigger with one particular customer’s payments. I’ve noticed that this is the only customer that pays via bank connection instead of credit card. Is it possible that this trigger only works for credit card charges?
Hi,I created a trigger and action in my integration Zapier.The trigger "New contact" is ok, The action "Create event" is ok, Oauth2 is ok, Refresh token is ok.I created a zap with trigger “new contact” from our crm with resthook. The subscribe and unsubscribe webhook tested and are ok. When i launch manualy the zap, the trigger and the action work properly.But, when i activate “zap” to “on”, nothing is happening. I wait 10, 15, 60 minutes but nothing is happening.New entries (new contact in the CRM) do not seem to refresh automatically in the zap trigger.Is it because i'm on a free plan or our app is not published in Zapier ?Thanks your response.

I receive google sheets of potential clients for my business and I would like to create a zap that inputs all of them in my program I use. I have already used a zap to parse emails into my program but these sheets span hundreds of entries and the google sheet actions only seem to work when a single new row has been added or updated. I want to be able to pull all 3 of these potential clients. I can include any other needed screenshots, of failed attempts or anything else needed.Would it work if I just manual changed a fourth cell? The sheets have multiple pages with the product that each client is interested in, I could mass copy paste to update the cells
How do I update the zap when I make changes in a Google Form -- it appears that I have to create a new zap each time the form changes … which is not maintainable. Ideas?
I am having a whole lot of trouble with this Zap.What I am trying to do is to “when row in google sheets is updated > find trello card > Update Trello Card”.I thought this would be simple, but clearly, it is not. I would like it to, every time I update a row in google sheets, find the appropriate Trello card in a workspace (or create one) and update it accordingly. I’m trying to create a zap wherein when there’s a new row in my database, invoice ninja would create the invoice.My trigger apps are the following:MySQL (New Row) Filter (So that this will only create invoices for a specific customer) Invoice Ninja (Create Invoice) After I’ve set this up, I tried adding a new row but when I ran the zap it kept saying that it couldn’t find any new items even if there is a new row. There’s no error on zapier, and I’m definitely sure there is a new row inserted. Could this be an issue with Invoice Ninja? Have you guys ran into this problem before?
Our wix forms have signature fields. When we receive emails with the form submissions we get PNG files of the signatures.I am trying to integrate this with pdf.co so that when people fill out applications on our site it automatically compiles a signed pdf. I have all the text/multiple choice fields dialed in but I get an invalid photo URL error when trying to hook the signature fields in.Anyone have experience with this? I'd be fine having it upload the photos of the signatures into something else that generates a URL that can then be used to fill the forms and then immediately deletes the file from the url in a subsequent step.

How to auto-add "resource/Conference room" in Google Calendar when Calendly event booked?We have our conference room set up as a “resource” in our company Google calendar. It is normally added. Here is a screenshot showing how we normally add the conference room when we manually add them to our events. Would love to have it automatically added each time someone uses our calendly link.
I keep getting the following error and Im not sure how to trouble shoot it. See Screenshot attached. I’ve tried a different test trigger, ive rechecked all filters and paths, and I even deleted the zap and created a new one. Nothing works. No matter where in the zap I try to add contacts to brevo, i just get this message. All data fields are working correctly. no errors there. Error: Failed to create a contact in BrevoError from halted execution: Unable to get data. Unknown error type.
Hi,I use the mollie => moneybird ZAP to forward orders to moneybird so that a contact is created if not present and the invoice is created.Now I only see that the action is also carried out for NOT paid orders. Can I set somewhere that payment must be made before the order goes to moneybird? Now it's no use to me.

Hey thanks for your help. I’m having trouble with the looping zap. i created a looping zap to automatically send a client 16 weeks of calendar invites. It’s set up properly but after it sends, it also cancels the invites and some of the calendar days dont show up. can anyone help?

I already know the culprit is my Amenities multi-reference field.The problem is when I pass only one value it works fine, but when passing multiple values (multiple references) it fails. I have tried many combinations of strings to get this to work and I have had no luck. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Here’s a question, I’ve set up a Zapier integration to issue a draft quote in Xero when a row is added in Smartsheet (typically via a quote form). In the form the user selects item codes from a dropdown list, for most items this will populate the unit price field through index in Smartsheet, but for 5-10% of item codes a unit price field appears through conditional formatting so that the user can enter a unit price. When the Zap runs it works fine where the unit price is populated through indexing the price list. But where the user need to enter a customizable unit price this always gets sent to Xero as $0.00. I think what is happening is that I have matching unit price data set up in Xero and SS where the unit price is indexed from a price list. But, where the unit price is customizable I have left this blank in the price lists, hence the $0.00 So my question is, Zapier gives you an option to map line item unit prices in a Smartsheet » Xero integration.
