Hello everyone, i’m looking to create a Zap where when an job/email arrives into a shared inbox the job is then logged into our job system Job Logic, the issue is the shared inbox receives many different emails and not just jobs so i need to create a rule if you like when the job logging event is only triggered when a specific email type arrives, perhaps from a certain email address, would this be possible?
I have a Zap set up so when a user fills in a form on our website (webflow), it triggers a flow that creates a contact in Hubspot and fills in the contact with the basic data gathered from the form; First Name, Last Name, Email, Phone No., Years Experience and Profession. Most of the data is pulls into the Hubspot contact when it is created, all apart from First Name and Last name. There are no issues with Years experience, Profession, Email when Zapier gets hubspot to create the contact. I have fixed this issue multiple times now and every time it just randomly stops pulling those two form fields. Please help before I throw my laptop out a 9th floor window!

I have a zap that will upload an image to Google Drive that is posted to a certain channel within my Slack group. My employees will upload an image with “CUSTOMERNAME JOB####” to the post. Is it possible to have my zap name the image file “CUSTOMERNAME JOB####” when it uploads the file into google drive? I see the field where I can choose the name of the file, but I do not see a way to select the slack text message as the file name. Thank you!

I’m trying to create a Zap that connects GCal to Airtable. This was one of the recommended Zaps. Here’s what I need to do: 1). Someone accepts my calendar invite.2). I look for the calendar invite acceptee in Airtable, searching for by email.3). If there’s a matching email record in Airtable, I want to update an Airtable field that says “Mtg Accepted”. 4). If no matching email record in Airtable, do nothing. I can set all this up, except in the Gcal to Zapier sync, you can see that Zapier is pulling both my email address (the calendar invite sender) and the recipient email address (calendar invite acceptee). How do I just search in Airtable for the acceptee email? Because, obviously searching in Airtable for both of our email addresses won’t match anything. My thought is to write a search formula that parses out the sender email, but I can’t seem to get the search function correct. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance.
Is there any documentation which Zapier Field (Comment, Content Title, Content Description, Content Image Content URL) goes to which LinkedIn-Field or how Zapier compose it to a LinkedIn-Post?Because in LinkedIn I just have one field. And I think this a some kind of rich text field, because formatting is allready done within.
Hi there, Today 29/01/2021, my Google Sheet to creating new row when my Zap is Trigger by RepairShopr Ticket Status Changed. Before this there has no problem, when I use the Ticket Status Changed as trigger. Then the new row will created in Google Sheet when RepairShopr Created a New Ticket with the status “New”.Now it won’t update or create new row when there have New Ticket created. Does anyone face this issue?
Hi! I want to create a Zap from Gravity Form submission which creates a new spreadsheet then in THAT spreadsheet creates new rows with data from form submission. I got the first step in creating the new sheet but can’t figure out how to then enter new rows into that just created sheet. When I try an set it up ask which sheet to send to but I don’t see an option for it to go to the sheet it just created. Is this even possible? Thanks!
Hi We’re trying to get the Landbot.io chat bot to create 1 line pr session efter chat end. As of now, the zaps create 1 line per input, giving us 7-10 lines per session instead. We’re using the Landbot / Zapier Block Activiated and Google Sheets Create Spreadsheet Row(s). Tried using “Update Spreadsheet Row”, but this is not working as the rows has not been created. Any thoughts on how to solve this? Landbot offers native Google Sheet integration in the Pro package (100€) which is a bit pricy for this project, so we’re hoping we can zap’it :) B/r Mikkel

I have zapier tables containing data for clients. Each client might have multiple rows for each time they purchase something, with a column for the “value”. I want to create an interface or view where I can search by client reference and the view then displays the SUM of “value” of all rows that match the client reference.Its a relatively straight forward request but I’m struggling to find any information or guidance for this? Is it currently not possible ?
I am able to retrieve all Contact ID’s from a Deal in Hubspot, however I want to filter to only retrieve Contacts with certain association types.Then, I want to do 2 things:Associate only those Contacts with a single Task (I have achieved this without filtering by Association Type using the Deal to Contact ID from Find Associations step) Create Engagements (Tickets) for each of the filtered ContactsFiltering by Association Type, and then creating Engagements for each Contact is key, thanks!

New Record in SalesForceAction: 2. Create Spreadsheet in Google Sheets-------Spreadsheet to Copy: Select template sheet-------Headers: Blank Action: 3. Create Spreadsheet Row-------Spreadsheet, Custom: 2. ID-------Worksheet: Selected worksheet to insert new row I Can get all of this set up, but it never asks me which fields to put in the new row that are from the New Salesforce record? It does that when I do a normal create spreadsheet row so im thinking it has something to do with me making this a 3rd action after the create spreadsheet action.

I am sending an xml POST to an external system, which is returning responses. Normally I can use responses from other systems in subsequent steps, but for some reason I can’t with these responses. Anyone know how to fix this? Here is a screenshot of a test stage in its simplest form. As you can see the external system gave a response of “Successful”, but when I try to use that response - like by sending an email (but i’ve tried in multiple others ways so the error is not limited to gmail) The system enters the code “Anet Api Xml V 1...” before the response and leaves the response out.How do I fix this? I want to get the response ONLY “Successful” and not the xml code descriptors. Hey all!My team uses a Zapier/Airtable combo for a large number of automations, and one thing that perennially bothers me is Zapier’s built-in deduplication for Airtable records. There are records that I want the same automation to run on multiple times (they change conditions and re-enter the view to trigger that zap more than once), but of course Zapier has no option to turn off the built-in deduplication (also if anybody knows where I can make a formal feature request, please share!). I was wondering what workarounds others had found for this situation. The current one I use is to use an Airtable automation to feed the record id into a google sheet, and then make a zap that’s triggered by a new row in that google sheet which then finds the record in Airtable and gets whatever other data is needed (or sometimes if the data is sparse or simple text, I put it straight into the google sheet to save needing to go to Airtable).Obviously this requires using an Airtable automation, as well

When Zapier goes looking for my meeting, it’s returning an error code saying the zap cant find an webinars. It’s not a webinar. It’s a meeting. This question was asked before and was solved for the community member with what looked to me like greek. I have no idea how to set up webhooks. I thought Zapier saved me from that. Here’s the recommendation I got from Galaxy Support (the vendor of the host I want to create a Zap for; note their API documentation):...I am pretty familiar with how API authentication works in general, which is why I was able to help troubleshoot the last step in more detail.
