I am currently struggling to set up an automation regarding an approve/decline path zap using the new Continue Zap Button Clicked step. There are a set of standard actions before the Continue Zap Button Clicked step, including creating the record on Zapier tables. I have 1 button column for the approval, with two options, 1 being ‘approve’ and the other ‘cancel’. However,, there doesn’t seem to be any viable way to parse whether the click was to ‘approve’ or whether the click was ‘cancel’ in the data outputs of the continue button action for the path filters to continue/terminate. Does anyone know how to fix this please?

Hi everyone, I'm a Community Manager for a Slack non profit workspace and once a week I like to collect useful posts and links into a single post, which, as you can imagine is very manual.My solution was to create a zap whereby messages are pushed into a Google Doc, from where I then copy paste the content into a single message (thread) as a summary. However, that still means formatting and linking to each message. Now that we have Canvas, I wonder if it's possible to push the messages into the specific channel's Canvas? Thank you
Hola Amigos,Im trying to automate a process with Zapier, in order to do so, i need to get the Data of a spasific colum in my monday board.the Item changes evreytime.For example i need to get the address in the “Email” coloum of an Item (the item are Client names like - Alex).the first step of my automation uses Prospero, when ever i publish an offer, the zap will take the data from Prospero, but i need it also to take data from my Monday Board (as im useing to for CRM)so what im trying to do is get Alxes Email address and send him a mail with all the offer details.when im setting the automation up there is a “Item ID” Section which tells the name of my clients and an ID under there name, how can i get the ID as a dynamic value that fits the name (in this case - Alex)thanks in advnce for the help.
I have tried everything, and keep running into this error. No other apps connected with Zaps are having issues. I am attempting to connect Gravity forms from my website to Service Titan. When someone submits a form, it should create a new booking. Unfortunately it is stating that each booking needs a unique Booking Provider ID and External ID. I have never run into this with other apps. Hello Everyone ! I have a zap that triggers the Stripe create subscription (legacy) every 1st of the month. The client already exist in Stripe before the zap, and already made a first payment, so i have their card info. I do a search to find the client by their cus_ID, and create the subscription. It worked but I now have this error “The app returned "This customer has no attached payment source or default payment method. Please consider adding a default payment method. For more information, visit https://stripe.com/docs/billing/subscriptions/payme...". I can’t seem to find a way to l use their card, or to set it up as default payment method. I did the setup manually, I went into stripe and set a client’s card as default payments method, and ran the zap, which was successful. But how can I make my zap work? Thanks everyone!
An existing zap which always used to work normally for us has started to give an error when turning it on. The error says “Zap is incomplete and can't be turned on”.The zap look complete to me and has worked in this version for a long time. The only new thing has been that I tried adding a new step in draft and later deleted that step. But never published it.

Hello,I can create Contact objects, CampaignMembers etc. But Campaigns never work. I’ve filled out all the required fields Name, Type, RecordType, Status etc.I verified via SOQL I have the correct RecordType by testing with an existing campaign like:Select Id, Name, Type, RecordType.Name from Campaign where Id='701EX0000009ar0YAA'The Salesforce User I’m using is a SysAdmin. I can create campaigns as that User directly in Salesforce. I can add CampaignMembers to existing Campaigns via Zaps as well.Keep seeing this rather generic error:Any help much appreciated. PS: I looked at a similar previous post but none of the suggestions apply to my scenario (not attempting any assignments, portal/experience cloud users not involved etc):
Hi, I’m looking at some custom logic with a Code by Zapier step, and it would be convenient if under certain expected conditions, I can just terminate the Zap. I know I can return a value that can then be used in a Filter step but that just seems like an overkill. I’ve tried returning `null` (using the Javascript actions) and `process.exit(0)` but both of these result in a Zap error. Has anyone found a way to do this more gracefully without a Filter step?
I have a Zap to summarize Gong Call Transcripts through OpenAI. I am using the ‘Split Text into Chunks for AI Prompts (beta)’ in Formatter to chunk the transcripts into a size that fits the OpenAI token limit. I can see in the Formatter Results that it is successfully ‘chunking’. However in the subsequent ‘Looping’ step, the ‘Output Chunks Chunk’ from the Formatter step is not being delivered as a ‘Chunk’, it is still the entire transcription. As a result I am not able to run the Flow into OpenAI as the prompt exceeds the token limit. What am I doing wrong? See screenshots below for the current setting of the ‘Formatter’, and the ‘Looper’ step next. Hello!I am facing an issue while attempting to establish a connection between Zcal and Stripe. I am aware that it's possible to utilize the integration provided by Zcal to accept payments. However, my concern is that the value is not being expressed in my currency, and Zcal adds a fee to process payments. Therefore, I am seeking a method to automate the process: when a user successfully creates a new event on the calendar, they should be directed to the Stripe checkout page, with a conditional path in place.If the user completes the payment successfully, the event should proceed as planned. If the payment is not successful, the event created on the calendar should be canceled.Do you have any ideas on how I can create an automation to achieve this, please?
I'm having trouble connecting my square with shopify, I just want to import products.I made the connections and zapier shows me the information below. Failed to create a create product in ShopifyRequired field "title" (title) is missing. Required field "product type" (product_type) is missing.

We have a team Outlook calendar that we use to track who is OOO. We want a summary of who will be OOO read from that calendar at the same time everyday and posted to a slack channel.
To set some context: We have setup a webhook that fetches property values from Hubspot CRM and what I’m trying to do is receive those values, perform some operations on them in the ‘Run Python in Code by Zapier’ block and send that data to Notion via an API call! Traceback (most recent call last): File "<string>", line 83, in the_function KeyError: 'readMe' I have been getting the above error while trying to parse a custom property called Plugin ReadMe URL’s value into an input key called readMe. This works absolutely fine when that property has a value coming in but fails when it doesn’t, as is the case in the above screenshot. I have noted the same behaviour for other parameters as well; in that it fails when the property has a null value.Coming back to the error for this key; per my use case, it may or may not have values and when it doesn’t I would like to send a null value to Notion in my API call.Can you please help me
The usecase i have is that i have a slack slash command when send posts to a web hook in zapier . the slack command works like this /assemble {"question" : "what are the goals of tipping and services involved in building it “} I have to format the piece after assemble so that zapier can read it . i was wondering if there was a way i can just send /assemble what are the goals of tipping and the webhook can read the parameter I also was wondering if i am able to send a custom response to slack when zapier receives the webhook
