Why is the zapier discord bot not in the discord app directory? I can only add bots to the server I am an admin for that are in the discord app directory.

I’m using Zapier to take orders from WooCommerce and send them to a Pardot form handler via a webhook. However, the order data coming through is a huge mess and I’m trying to make it readable for our sales team.Background:I’m using this plugin to connect WooCommerce and Zapier: https://docs.om4.io/woocommerce-zapier/ I’d prefer not to be using a webhook & form handler, but Zapier’s native send-to-Pardot isn’t working for me. I’ve posted about it on this forum without finding a resolution, and neither Pardot support or Zapier support could offer any solutions. Zapier said: “I don't have an ETA I can provide for this bug fix.” So here we are.The main challenge I’m encountering is that using a webhook sends all of the order data as big, unwieldly clump of text. It’s extra difficult because we use a plugin (YITH Product Options) that adds a ton of metadata in unexpected and unordered ways. Hi all, new to this space and zapier, so hoping some circle<>Zapier experts in here can lend me a hand I’m in the process of building out a community for a client and we’re using Circle as our platform. Unlike Insided where you can set a milestone threshold to automatically assign badges there is not such automation in circle to achieve this. However I was told that if I created the tags (Circle version of badges) I could use Zapier to automate this process. So if someone attends 5 events = badge/tag, or someone contributes 100 comments= badge/tag. Anyone with some know-how on this willing to help a brother out? K
Hello,I’m using ‘Find many records’ to search Airtable and return items to be used in an email (using Gmail).I’ve added a Formatter step between to turn a string of names into separate outputs for the email. I want to automatically show ALL separate outputs in the email. For example, if the process returns 10 separate outputs I want to show all 10 in the email. Is there a way to do this?
I am using Royal Mail to ship orders to my clients. I use Streak as my CRM and use woocommerce to fulfill the orders. Once I dispatch an order, Royal Mail sends the tracking details to the Woocommerce order notes and adds a new note. I want to be able to automatically add the tracking number from Woocommerce order notes to Streak for my staff to have the tracking numbers in the CRM. I can’t find where I can find the order notes in zapier so whenever an order notes is updated with the tracking number, it automatically adds it to streak crm.

Hello!Is anyone able to confirm if multi-checkbox options in Eventbrite can successfully map to properties in HubSpot? When I attempt this, I get the following error: validationMessages: - where_did_you_hear_about_us_: Social media | Local Event was not one of the allowed options: [label: "Newspaper"value: "Newspaper"The internal values in HubSpot match up exactly to what is displayed in Eventbrite so I have no idea why this wouldn’t work like what it does with everything else! From what I can see from the error, it appears as though multiple options are detected as one value ‘(Social media | Local Event)’ as an example

Hello, After working for a few days, the Translate by Zapier module doesn't seem to work anymore (whereas it works perfectly well when I manually test my Zaps). Despite having tested 2 approaches: - Detect the original language and translate the texts (between 1000 & 1500 characters divided into three blocks) with Translate by Zapier.- Detect the original language with Translate by Zapier and then translate them directly via Google Sheet thanks to the =GOOGLETRANSLATE() function, as explained here: https://community.zapier.com/how-do-i-3/daily-limit-exceeded-477I have the impression that this is a direct result of a "limitation" of the Translate by Zapier (even though I never received the "Daily Limit Exceeded" message). The module can't even detect the original language to enable the second approach to work...I'm stuck at this stage and at the end of my solutions.Thanks for your help!

I’m using the API Request (Beta) in Xero zap which is great but I wanted to find out if can receive a PDF file in the response. I’ve looking to use it to pull a quote pdf from Xero and save the quote to another location. I can get the response to work in json just not to pull the PDF. Under “Additional Request Headers” I’ve set it to Accept=application/pdf

I am trying to integrate my custom form to zapier to send files using webhook. I am using PHP to do so, what i am really trying to to do is that when a user uploads multiple files then all those files are addded to zip file and sent to webhook, till now the webhook is working as receiving the data but things get weird when i try to upload the zip file to the google drive, i cannot see the file object, just the file name, file Postname and file Mime. The ChatGPT Chatbot element in interfaces was working 12 hours ago, but when I reopened it recently it stopped working.Whenever it attempts to generate an intial prompt or respond to a prompt, it loads for a second but stays stuck on “Awaiting response...” Is anyone else having this problem?
Can the Interface Chatbot Trigger a Zap based on the conversation? If not, is this on the roadmap?For example, if a prospect is on our website chatting with the embedded Interface Chatbot and asks “do you have a white paper on basket weaving”, is there a way to do either of the following…A) Trigger a response in the chat with something like “yes, here’s a link to a white paper titled “Finding Peace in Basket Weaving.”B) Trigger a Zap based. Is this possible? If triggering a reply or a zap from the chatbot is not possible, does Zapier have a features roadmap for the Interfaces Chatbot product? Thanks in advance for your help. Hello Zap community! I recently created a zapier account in hopes to reduce sync errors between Hubspot and Salesforce. Here is what our ideal process looks like:A lead submits a Hubspot formThat hubspot form has the salesforce partner account and salesforce owner user id as hidden fields.Those fields feed into salesforce to create a new lead with the proper Partner company associated and proper lead owner. I have finally been able to sync the partner company appropriately. But the lead owner in salesforce continues to be assigned to system account. Thoughts? Feedback?

Trying to pull client information from stripe payments so we can create automated invoices to quickbooks. Our test data doesn’t seem to be correct. We’ve recently changed e-commerce plateforme & the old data being pulled doesn’t work with our new data so once I publish the zap with the old data no zap is running since it’s not receiving the good info. I’ve tried multiple times, recreating the zap, turning it on & off. Nothing seems to work. Tried creating a new log in email on stripe to see if it would change something didn’t work.
