Can the Interface Chatbot Trigger a Zap based on the conversation? If not, is this on the roadmap?
For example, if a prospect is on our website chatting with the embedded Interface Chatbot and asks “do you have a white paper on basket weaving”, is there a way to do either of the following…
A) Trigger a response in the chat with something like “yes, here’s a link to a white paper titled “Finding Peace in Basket Weaving.”
B) Trigger a Zap based.
Is this possible? If triggering a reply or a zap from the chatbot is not possible, does Zapier have a features roadmap for the Interfaces Chatbot product?
