Trying to pull client information from stripe payments so we can create automated invoices to quickbooks. Our test data doesn’t seem to be correct. We’ve recently changed e-commerce plateforme & the old data being pulled doesn’t work with our new data so once I publish the zap with the old data no zap is running since it’s not receiving the good info. I’ve tried multiple times, recreating the zap, turning it on & off. Nothing seems to work. Tried creating a new log in email on stripe to see if it would change something didn’t work.

Good question.

Make sure to test the desired event in Stripe, then try pulling thru new records.

One option is to use the edit option to modify the data points to use representative data.
