I want to build an a logic like this, I have a google sheets it has 4 columns.There are 12 rows right now I want to check if there is anything changes in the cells if there is a change in the cell I want to print out the full information of the row there the changes were made to the slack once a day. With only one message:so the changes are in the row 1, 5, 9. I want send the message during the midday that changes were made to these rows and print the content to the slack. What would be the logic? I have tried to approach form google sheet side but there is no option to schedule after the checking. I almost have it but I cannon’t connect into one.
I am a school counselor trying to collect data on my meetings with students. My dream would be for a student to schedule a meeting and answer questions on their grade, reason for meeting, etc. all through calendly, but I don’t know how to collect that data from calendly. Google forms are amazing because they are so easy to pull data from. I feel like there should be a way that a calendly invite could trigger the responses from the invite to auto populate a new response in a google form. It makes sense in my head, but I have no idea how code works. Is it even possible or am I just dreaming? Please help.
Good dayWe had a zap that posted submissions form our website to our facebook page (this allowed people to create anonymous post on our page to ask for advice). We used the approval step to ensure that nothing negative is posted to the facebook page about any business or person. I have noticed that you can use Zapier Tables and Zapier Interfaces to create this approval step. Where can I find more information on how to create this approval step?
Hi, We are using Zappier to integrate Facebook and LinkedIn form to create a new lead on Salesforce once someone is filling up a lead gen form. Everything seems fine in LinkedIn, but in Facebook, it does not send all the values I inserted, like UTM source, UTM medium, etc. Its only sending the FB form values like name, email, campaign name etc. We tried to check the mapping fields but its not there. What are our options?
Hi,So we use the “Resource Guru” integration, but it only has triggers for “New or Updated” items, but its missing a trigger for “Deleted” items. I know Resource Guru sends the webhook, but Zapier doesn’t catch it.When I ask Resource Guru about this, they point me to their native notification system. Does that mean that the integration was developed by a Zapier team? If so, how do I request that they add a “Deleted” Trigger? Thanks!

Generated Cold e-mails..For B2B it's very easy to track stats since all my Clients’ leads will have a meeting with the Client itself.For B2C I’m still trying to figure out how I can do the following:- I want to analyse different style of e-mails, and see which one performs best. Is there any plugin or other way to analyse response rate, open rate etc.? whilst using Zapier Mail for the cold A.I. generated e-mails? Or would you recommend a different plugin to send e-mails from? Using A.I. to create these e-mails is our business’ USP, so it’s definitely a neccesity for my business.
I'm looking for a way to achieve the following:Every time a user enters their email address in a Google Form, it is recorded in a Google Sheet.I need that email address to automatically be given permission to view a folder on my Google Drive. I don't want the folder to be public.How can I do that?
Is it possible to have a trigger (when a a new file gets uploaded to Firebase), and an action (that same file gets uploaded to Google Drive). Just to clarify I want the same file file that got uploaded to Firebase automatically get uploaded to Google Drive as the action. HI There, I am wondering if I could get some help! I am using Zapier to hook up Jotform submission to my ZohoBooks account.. I am getting this error: however these are my settings: I think a possible issue is that i have in jotform and in ZohoBooks set the dates to be in the format DD-MM-YYYY but Zapier changes it to MM-DD_YYYY and therefore it all gets a bit jumpled up and error reported.any help would be great! I have a zap which does the following:(Trigger: New or Updated Spreadsheet Row in Google Sheets): I manually copy and paste many rows into a specific Google worksheet. Each row represents an inventory product. A Sub-Zap is called which looks to Sheets to find an existing Oauth token to check whether it is expired. If it is expired, it generates a new Oauth token. If it is not expired, the Sub-Zap ends. Goes through 3 separate zaps to add the product to ebay (ebay API requires three separate calls to create a product). The problem is that the Sub Zap runs once for each new row added. The Sub-Zap has several steps, so this adds multiple Tasks for each row (product) added. However, I really only need to run this Sub-Zap one time; to either grab the existing unexpired Oauth token from Google Sheets, or to generate a new Oauth token if it is expired. How can I run the Sub-Zap only once and then pass the Oauth token to the rest of my zap for each row (product) added? Rather than run it on
I am developing an app using ADALO. In this app, I am attempting to save each user’s data to their own personalised spreadsheet on Google Sheets. So far, when a user signs up for the App, I have used Zapier as an integration tool to allow me to create a new sheet for them. This has been done without any problems using the “Create Spreadsheet in Google Sheets” Zap. However, when I try to update this sheet to add additional information later (when they complete surveys and modules within the app), I don’t know how to add this information to their personalised spreadsheet without creating a new one. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated. Let me know if more clarification is needed, Thank you in advance.

I can't change the basic values in zap because when I press continue, this value changes to the previous one. For example, the separator in text formatter. I enter a text value and a moment later it goes back to what it was before. This is extremely frustrating. Why is this happening?
I created a ZAP so that when I create an activity on Mojo (appointment, task, follow up call) it will create a detailed event on my Google Calendar.The Zap works great for the appointments and follow up calls, BUT when I create a TASK it populates on my Google calendar on the day BEFORE at 10pm. For example: If on Mojo I create a task: send out calendar on August 5, 2023. It will create the Google Calendar Event for August 4, 2023 at 10pm. How can I get it to create the task for the same day as my mojo, without adding +Xhours/days - since I am using the same Zap I dont want it to affect the Appointments & follow up calls since those are TIME sensitive.
Hello! I am trying to build an RSS item that pulls text from a file in Google Drive. I used the Webhook as described in another help article, but there’s a small issue. My text file includes an emoji on each line. (It’s a list of upcoming sports events and each line has the corresponding emoji to make it easy to see at a glance.) When I pull the text, I get gibberish for the emojis. Is there a way around this?
Hi I have a Zap setup so that it passes data from webflow form to airtable. Everything is working correctly except the checkbox fields. There are multiple checkboxes but Zapier is passing that data to “truefalsetruefalsefalse” Instead of saying “checkbox1”, “checkbox2”, “checkbox3”..etci was using webflow logic but it was only working on during testing and not publishing is in beta still but this is the result I wanted Zapier is working for all my fields except the checkboxes Does anyone have any suggestions?Thank you
Running into an issue creating a custom API request Action when interacting with Sharepoint. I’m trying to use the Microsoft Graph API to create a new list item in Sharepoint when a new form is submitted to our website.I’ve tried my request using Microsoft Graph Explorer and can confirm that my request body is valid. I suspect the issue is something with the authentication but Zapier does not expose the true error. Instead I get this generic ‘Domain did not match expected domain filter’. I’ve double checked that my domain is accurate. Has anyone gotten the API request Action to work with Sharepoint?

I’m trying to Get Document Form Data in Zoho Sign and can’t figure out why everything is in comma delimited values. Every single field I have in my Zoho sign document is labeled properly and uniquely.When I create the next step and try to place the data into the Zap I get this Those are all individual fields.how am I supposed to work with that?
Is it possible to style AI Chatbot individually? On settings I saw that you can put your brand colors on Chatbots, but I’d need to have different colors for different chatbots at the moment. I tried using custom CSS targeting the elements of the chatbot on my page but it didn’t work. Thanks!
Hi !I need to create a Zap between Stripe and Hubspot, but can’t test it, nor create it as I need specific metadatas from Stripe, because it is not possible to use Stripe test mode. I can’t make payments to myself to test, so I’m stuck.I found post here from 1 year ago about that feature which may be added. Will it be added actually, or is it just collecting votes on a list somewhere ? It it is actually plan, WHEN. In a month ? a year ? a decade ? Just to know if I can wait a bit, or find an alternativ for now, or forever ?It really is a mandatory feature. Can’t create a zap and just hope it will work when a client makes a payment. And as I don’t know if the metadatas created in Stripe will actually be retrieved in Zapier, I just can’t create my zap. Thanks
I’m aware App Extensions is a new feature, but is there any documentation on being able to use the pre-defined triggers for dynamic drop downs in App Extensions. I can see the note around this on the App Extensions editor states:Note: dynamic dropdowns are powered by pre-defined app triggers and therefore not all API data objects are supported.
