Unable to save basic values when clicking continue on my Zap.

I can't change the basic values ​​in zap because when I press continue, this value changes to the previous one. For example, the separator in text formatter. I enter a text value and a moment later it goes back to what it was before. This is extremely frustrating. Why is this happening?
