Jotfor >Zapier > ZohoBooks date jumple

HI There,

 

I am wondering if I could get some help!

 

I am using Zapier to hook up Jotform submission to my ZohoBooks account..

 

I am getting this error:

 

however these are my settings:

 

 

I think a possible issue is that i have in jotform and in ZohoBooks set the dates to be in the format DD-MM-YYYY but Zapier changes it to MM-DD_YYYY and therefore it all gets a bit jumpled up and error reported.

any help would be great! Thanks, R

Hi @Resi 

Good question.

Most apps will properly accept this date format: YYYY-MM-DD

You can use a Formatter > Date / Time > Format step to adjust the formats of the dates.
