Ordered on aug. 4., payment ok but still not activated my paid account. I wrote to the support many times, many channels, but no answer at all. Does anyone have any idea what can I do?

It's not in spam, but my emails might be.
I sent, I even sent the Interface, Tables, etc services helpdesk. I wrote to the bot about 5 times in the chat. I wrote with the Link providing the payment that is OK, theytold me to request a refund from my bank..
I missed a week of work because of this. It's embarrassing to have to explain myself to my client. Ridiculous, I would have already bought another subscription if I knew that I wouldn't get anything in a damn week..
