I am currently struggling to set up an automation regarding an approve/decline path zap using the new Continue Zap Button Clicked step. There are a set of standard actions before the Continue Zap Button Clicked step, including creating the record on Zapier tables. I have 1 button column for the approval, with two options, 1 being ‘approve’ and the other ‘cancel’. However,, there doesn’t seem to be any viable way to parse whether the click was to ‘approve’ or whether the click was ‘cancel’ in the data outputs of the continue button action for the path filters to continue/terminate. Does anyone know how to fix this please?
My Zap "continue" button clicked, but I could not parse approve/cancel clicks.
