Hello everyone, i’m looking to create a Zap where when an job/email arrives into a shared inbox the job is then logged into our job system Job Logic, the issue is the shared inbox receives many different emails and not just jobs so i need to create a rule if you like when the job logging event is only triggered when a specific email type arrives, perhaps from a certain email address, would this be possible?

Yes, this would be possible with a Filter step.
Here is a help article on the matter.
Basically, you will want to add a filter after the trigger. You can set up the filter to only allow certain email addresses as the sender. Or you could filter based on a certain key phrase in the body or subject of the email.
