Question

How do I add line breaks into text from a note?

Hi all,

 

I’m adding values from a Formsort form into a Note in Salesmate, and looking to add another step to break the text apart into separate lines. I’m hoping for the following to display in the note:

 

  1. Question - Answer
  2. Question - Answer
  3. Question - Answer

 

Currently I’m getting the following:

  1. Question - Answer 2. Question - Answer 3. Question - Answer

 

I’ve tried using the Text Formatter but am coming up short. Any ideas?

Hi @Emily Parrish 

Good question.

You’d probably have to use a custom Code step to handle that type of logic since there could be N # of items.

Try asking ChatGPT for the Code.
