I'm wondering if there is a way for tweets that contain images or multimedia to display in the email notifications you get when a user tweets. For example, if someone tweets some text with an image, the email will show the text and then the image is just a link to the tweet itself. This isn't as helpful because then you still have to open the tweet to see the full details, and if the tweet is later deleted then the link is dead. Is there a way to configure the zap to show the media in the email, or is this a paid feature? Any code or workarounds?
Hi everyone,The system proposed by "Looping by Zapier" forks the Zap for each item, so that for 10 iterations, all 10 are launched simultaneously without waiting for the last iteration to finish.For my part: I'd like to create a loop that moves on to the next iteration when the current one has finished.Could you please tell me how to do this?Kind regards.
I have made a handful of Facebook Ads Leads zaps with no issue. This time, I can not find the page I am looking for. It is set up in the same way as the others on the FB side of things. Is there anything were potentially doing wrong in Zapier or any other suggestions you have? Thanks!

Is it possible to create a Zap that fills in contract information when I create a template? For example, if I create a Zap that fills out the recipient fields of a new Eversign, Docusign, etc. contract and send it to myself before the client, can I then use a Zap to autofill information into that contract from Google Sheets or another app? I’d also be curious if there are contracting softwares other than Eversign or Docusign where this is possible. Thank you for the help!
I would like to build a service that can access Zapier integrations programatically. The service would basically be replicating the process of creating Zaps, but will use our custom interface. I would like to approach it this way, so my clients wouldn’t require individual Zapier accounts. Is this something that is possible with Zapier? If so, how would I go about it? Thanks.
I want to send Facebook Ads Manager Campaign data to a Google Sheet. Seems like a straight forward zap. But I don’t see a Zap for Ads Manager. There is a FB Lead Ads and a Conversions zap, but neither of them seem to have the Ads Manager integration. Am I missing it?
Hi all,Trying to get a simple Zap going here to convert files on my Google Drive folder if they’re over 150MB and place the converted ones in a different folder (so they in turn can be used by another Zap that sends them to my Youtube channel).It picks up the trigger fine on (when a new file is added to my Google Drive folder), but fails when trying to use the CloudConvert API with:Failed to create a convert file in CloudConvertWhile requesting "dev_file" from Google Drive we ran into an error: 223325251 is too big, 150000000 is the maxIs this kind of a catch-22, because the 150MB limit for Google Drive is still there when trying to reduce the file itself? If I convert the file manually on CloudConvert’s site, it works fine and saves it back to my Google Drive at a smaller size of around 40MB with the test file I used with a quality reduction.Over a few nights, I tried to look into Google Scripts instead with AI’s help, and at one point got it going there but the resulting file was sti
Good morning, I am new to Zapier but I believe it’s got the potential to perform the action that I’m looking for Our till system uses Epos Now and our website uses Shopify. We want our orders from Epos Now to go to the Shopify Platform as that is where we control our inventory from as it has a better range of user-friendly tools. I’ve tried created a Zap for a new order but cannot fathom as to how to get Line Items to appear in that order. Searching this forum further I note the suggestion that I create a Google Spreadsheet with Products from both listed to create a lookup? Is that correct? If somebody has the time to offer me a steer on how to achieve this then that would be great Many thanks JJ
Hi, I have built a zap (in 2 steps)The first one triggers when someone enrols in my Thinkific course. A Google calendar event is created 12 months into the future via this method A new Stripe subscription is createdStep 2The old Stripe subscription is cancelled A new Stripe subscription is createdSo before the new Stripe subscription is created I wanted to give the customer the option to opt to proceed with the new subscription. What can I use. I have have tried a filter but does not seem to give me the options I need.I considered sending them an email in ActiveCampaign asking them to click a button in the email if they are opting to proceed. The button click will give them a tag in ActiveCampiagn and I would like that to be used to signal that the zap should proceed. Are there any other ideas that may work? Thanks
I am trying to get a slack notification when a deal is close. Our opportunity has something called product and within product, there are items in a table like format. When a deal is closed, I want a slack notification that states that this deal is closed (I already got this part done) and here are the products that we sold. Attached is the opportunity page and the product list page that I want to export out in my slack message.
I’m working on a new Zap that would send anyone who fills out a native LinkedIn form directly into Pardot. However, when choosing what values in LinkedIn to populate into which fields in Pardot, the fields aren’t matching at all.For example, for the Pardot “Email” field, I want to pull in the person’s work email address. But, in searching through available data in LinkedIn, it shows that the “Work Email” field is populated with an individual’s job title, which isn’t a valid email address, so the Zap fails to work.Similarly, when choosing which campaign to add the lead to, it’s only listing some of the Pardot campaigns but nowhere near all, so the one I need to find is not available. Is this just a poor integration for LinkedIn or is there something else going on here? It’s making Zapier an unviable solution.

Hi Team, We’re attempting to capture the GCLID from a gravity form submission on our WordPress site so that we can associate it with the lead to track offline conversion data for our Google Ads campaigns. The lead comes through Marketo and is then synced to Salesforce, but we’re having trouble capturing the GCLID once the form is submitted. I think we can create a zap that will sync the form submission GCLID from Google Analytics into Marketo, which will then sync it to the lead record in Salesforce. But, I haven’t quite figured it out yet. Does anyone have any recommendations for this? Or perhaps, a better way to capture the GCLID and associate it with the lead in Marketo? Thanks so much

I am trying to create a Zoho Forms to Excel zap. I have successfully linked my Zoho Forms account and Excel account to Zapier. When I get to the “set up action” it’s not allowing me to find a folder, a spreadsheet or a worksheet in my OneDrive. It’s like my OneDrive is not connected, although I do have OneDrive as a connected app. At this step I feel like I should be able to select one of my OneDrive folders where I have a newly created Folder named “Zapier”, and select my spreadsheet “student onboarding”, but I can’t.
I have a landing page with a form that collects name, mailing address, phone number, and email address. I’ve used Zapier to connect that landing page to a Google sheets so that information would be easily collected when anyone signs up in the form. However, Zapier is only zapping the name and email address over to the Sheet, not the mailing address and phone. How can I change this to include all my form fields getting zapped over? Thanks!
Hi there, I'm having trouble setting up my Zap that will hopefully connect Thrive Carts to Quickbooks. The error message I'm receiving reads: Business Validation Error: Make sure all your transactions have a GST/HST rate before you save. I have set all of the Tax settings that I can - does anybody happen to have any information on how best to connect these two platforms? I'm guessing that I'm not the first person who's attempting to connect Thrive Carts and Quickbooks. Any insight would be appreciated. Thank you.

I want to create a zap wherein the trigger is new form submission from hubspot and the action is send an email campaign in mailchimp. I have setup an automation email campaign in mailchimp, when I select this campaign will this not double send? coz there is a automation campaign setup in mailchimp with an audience that will send when they are sent an email. Will this double send when i create a zap with the trigger new form submission in hubspot and send a campaign in mailchimp?
When i look at my zapier account i see mostly that i use chatgpt 3.5. When i look at the usage of the api with open ai i see, i use chatgpt 3.5 gpt-3.5-turbo-0613. Same with chatgpt 4.So i pay way more than i should for the api. Before the last chatgpt update i payed like 50-60c a day. Now it is like 3-10 Dollar. How can i solve this bug?Greetings
When connecting my Square Appointments to Constant Contact, the field ID/Customer ID are not in the same format between Sq - CC. How do I extract information? The Zapier Format/Extract is not working when I select the Customer ID or just the ID. I’m not getting any support from customer service nor the community/goggle thus far.
I have my own website with a form for collecting information about a person. How can I use Zapier to collect data from the form and immediately redirect the person to Calendly to schedule a call, without additional software?
Our website is set up with Wix and I’ve set up a few basic automations to link contact forms into our Monday.com account. These have all been fairly straightforward but I’m really at a loss for how to do anything to try and get an automation set up to go through Dialpad. Would like to try and set up a Zap where when a client submits a contact form from our website, it will trigger a text message that will come from the main business line thanking them for the contact form and letting them know they can reply directly to that message to communicate with our management team. Is there a way to do this? And if not to text the client directly, maybe a way to automate a text alert from one of our other dialpad numbers to that main business line that includes the client’s phone number so the manager can reach out to them directly. Any suggestions or potential workarounds here would be much appreciated!
