That will depend on the form app being used and if it has functionality to redirect.

I have the form already created on my website. I want to save the data from there separately to the table/CRM and redirect to Calendly immediately after clicking Submit button

You will have to Google Search whether the form app/add-on/extension/plugin you are using supports redirecting after submit.
If so, then you may be able to use form fill with Calendly booking pages: https://help.calendly.com/hc/en-us/articles/226766767-Pre-populate-invitee-information-on-the-scheduling-page
