Hey guys, thanks for Tweeting me the other day! I am working on automating my CMS in webflow and have tried various options over the last few days using Zapier. One collection item for example, is pulling in articles from various sources. I was originally trying this with web scrapers but they are a bit too buggy for my liking and require a lot of quality control. So now I am trying RSS, like it’s 2006. I have tried getting articles from Feedly via Zapier - that Zap works but only partly - it doesn’t pull in the full article, only a few sentences followed by an elipsis and a link to the ‘full article first appeared on ***.com’ (perhaps a copyright kind of feature - I will of course be crediting them though). At the moment my best option has been getting Feedly to send html files of the documents to Dropbox, then getting Zapier to put them into Webflow, however even with the formatting Zap I am unable to pull the specific fields desired, as per a normal blog ie. Main image and thumbn
Hello Zapier! i was wondering if i can use my Zapier to send automation emails with the following condition: We have a landing page which collects emails. For the first 20 people that subscribe we send them EMAIL 1. Then for the next 20 people that subscribe we send them EMAIL 2. Eventually our target is to set it to send 70 EMAILS for every 20 people on a first come first served basis. Can zapier helps me achieve this?Thank you, George
Hi there. I am wanting to use Zapier to create an asset on Frame.io. However, the project I would like to create the asset in is located in a team I am only a collaborator on and not a team member or owner. Is it possible to create assets in this scenario? I am able to create assets in my own projects on my personal account, but not in any projects I am a collaborator on in the other team space.
Hi all, I am somewhat new to some of the things I’m talking about, so please bear with me.Currently we use PowerApps, and I have built a fully bespoke CRM system. I am now wanting to automate the bookings we receive through SimplyBook using the Zap with SimplyBook and Microsoft Dynamics 365. I have set up the SimplyBook part of the Zap to trigger when a new booking is made.I have connected our CRM using the dynamics.com address and connection is made. However when I try to use the Create New Account, Client or Lead, not all of my table columns from PowerApps are showing. Could anyone help wit this issue? And is it possible to use the API to create the bespoke columns from my CRM tables? Any detailed advice would be greatly appreciated. Many thanks Mark
Hello Everyone ! I have a zap that triggers the Stripe create subscription (legacy) every 1st of the month. The client already exist in Stripe before the zap, and already made a first payment, so i have their card info. I do a search to find the client by their cus_ID, and create the subscription. It worked but I now have this error “The app returned "This customer has no attached payment source or default payment method. Please consider adding a default payment method. For more information, visit https://stripe.com/docs/billing/subscriptions/payme...". I can’t seem to find a way to l use their card, or to set it up as default payment method. I did the setup manually, I went into stripe and set a client’s card as default payments method, and ran the zap, which was successful. But how can I make my zap work? Thanks everyone!

Hi there! I’ve run into a complex issue (to me) and am looking for support. I’m trying to update items on a Monday.com board on a schedule based on information from another app (Arive). I’ve tried to set up the zap with a schedule step for midnight daily by either getting loan details in Arive or getting board values in Monday.com: I think my best bet is using board values, because the Arive “get loan details” step requires the Arive loan ID (which I do have on the Monday.com board).My main issue is that the board items in Monday.com are not static--they will sometimes move from board to board based on different statuses brought over from Arive, or be created from Arive by another Zap.I was thinking that the Loop by Zapier step could be helpful, but I haven’t used it before and am not sure how it would work knowing that the items aren’t static. Any feedback or ideas welcome. Thank you so much!
I am trying to add a WooCommerce product in either single or multiple categories. There is the following post, but it does not help.I am using Airtable to pull the data and the product category is in dropdown. As you can see, there is a single or multiple categories. This is my setup for creating a product. I use Formatter by Zapier for Attributes. The categories look like this on WooCommerce. So, how do I add multiple categories in Create a Product in WooCommerce? I am sorry to say this, but this is terrible for users. There is no such an example at all. 0. How are we supposed to find how to do things? I have been struggling for days to figure this out.Thanks in advance!
I would like to connect a database on Notion to a slack channel in order to send weekly messages based on information gather on the Notion database.But I would like that the information sent change each week, meaning once the first line on my database which gather information for a message has been sent, the week after the information sent on Slack are based on line 2, etc… each week.I would like to avoid to send each week the same information on my Slack channel. I am trying to have it so a closed won opportunity is created in Salesforce under the correct account anytime an invoice is created in QuickBooks. I have it so that when the invoice is created it transfers to Salesforce but it doesn’t add it to the right Salesforce account. Is there a step I am missing to ensure it adds the opportunity to the correct account.
Hi folks, I’ve got a regex expression splitting UK postcodes so I can use just the first half of it in a zap and it works perfectly until someone enters a postcode without a space. The working regex is:(?P<Incode>\w+)(?P<outcode>\s\w{1}\w{2})So OL10 4TQ comes back with OL10 in the incode fine… but OL104TQ doesn’t match.Can anyone help me work out a fix for this or propose a different solution? I am using a simple GET. I had a call with Litmos support to review all the parameters configured in Zapier, they confirmed that my parameters are configured correctly. I also tested the same REST API call with Postman and it worked. But with Zapier I am getting the error: The API key that you have used for this request is either not valid or your account is not enabled for API access. (HTTP Status Code: 401) Has anyone else seen this error?
I am trying to create a zap or multiple zaps that when a lead comes into my listing to leads platform and is sent to my Keap crm it triggers to correct automation. example when I have a lead that comes in from the lead source get my homes value you I want that lead to assign a tag inside keap that triggers a follow up automation. then when a lead comes in from my expired listing lead source i want it to trigger a tag in Keap that triggers another automation system

Hi,I would like to know hot to find record in Salesforce, eventually Update them if they already exist and after all that Is it possible to Create/Find an Account and then Connect to it Opportunity, Product, PriceBook Entry, and a custom Object.The logical flow would be that If an Account aready exhist use that Account, if there are new informations update it and every time that that Account maked a Booking, they have to create a new Opportunity linked to that account, a new Product linked to that Opportunity and a new group Linked to the Account.However I’m new to Zapier and I have no idea how to set this flow and if there are decision blocks to make.Can You help me?

I'm wondering if there is a way for tweets that contain images or multimedia to display in the email notifications you get when a user tweets. For example, if someone tweets some text with an image, the email will show the text and then the image is just a link to the tweet itself. This isn't as helpful because then you still have to open the tweet to see the full details, and if the tweet is later deleted then the link is dead. Is there a way to configure the zap to show the media in the email, or is this a paid feature? Any code or workarounds?

I have made a handful of Facebook Ads Leads zaps with no issue. This time, I can not find the page I am looking for. It is set up in the same way as the others on the FB side of things. Is there anything were potentially doing wrong in Zapier or any other suggestions you have? Thanks!

Is it possible to create a Zap that fills in contract information when I create a template? For example, if I create a Zap that fills out the recipient fields of a new Eversign, Docusign, etc. contract and send it to myself before the client, can I then use a Zap to autofill information into that contract from Google Sheets or another app? I’d also be curious if there are contracting softwares other than Eversign or Docusign where this is possible. Thank you for the help!
I would like to build a service that can access Zapier integrations programatically. The service would basically be replicating the process of creating Zaps, but will use our custom interface. I would like to approach it this way, so my clients wouldn’t require individual Zapier accounts. Is this something that is possible with Zapier? If so, how would I go about it? Thanks.
I want to send Facebook Ads Manager Campaign data to a Google Sheet. Seems like a straight forward zap. But I don’t see a Zap for Ads Manager. There is a FB Lead Ads and a Conversions zap, but neither of them seem to have the Ads Manager integration. Am I missing it?
