Question

Access Zaps via API

I would like to build a service that can access Zapier integrations programatically. The service would basically be replicating the process of creating Zaps, but will use our custom interface. I would like to approach it this way, so my clients wouldn’t require individual Zapier accounts. Is this something that is possible with Zapier? If so, how would I go about it? Thanks.

Hey @kwame ,

Great question!

The closest optional available at present is the Partner API:

https://platform.zapier.com/embed/partner-api

To be transparent, however, that does require users to create Zapier accounts (though that can also be done programmatically)

Thank you, I’m checking it out now. I would have preferred if I could manage my clients under my Zapier account, instead of having them create their own, but this might have to do for now. I wonder if any Zapier competitors allow this workflow via API?
