Hi,

I would like to know hot to find record in Salesforce, eventually Update them if they already exist and after all that Is it possible to Create/Find an Account and then Connect to it Opportunity, Product, PriceBook Entry, and a custom Object.
The logical flow would be that If an Account aready exhist use that Account, if there are new informations update it and every time that that Account maked a Booking, they have to create a new Opportunity linked to that account, a new Product linked to that Opportunity and a new group Linked to the Account.

However I’m new to Zapier and I have no idea how to set this flow and if there are decision blocks to make.

Can You help me?

The Logic flow is this:
it search data in Regiondo, create Account, or search for an exhisting one;
Person Account> Opportunity > Product > PriceBookEntry > Opportunity Product > PERSON Account (the attendee that are linked to the first Client (the first on is the one who pays, the others are supposed to be the ones in the group who do not pay), but


I stumble upon this error:
 


It seems I am not able to take only the FirstName, LastName, Phone and Email of the attendee, and I’m stuck

Since the attendee is necessary because I need to create a group linked to the Opportunity and product.

Error indicates certain fields are require or have invalid values.

For the First Name field it looks like you may need to retest step 1 and/or remap the variable due to the (!).
