I have my own website with a form for collecting information about a person. How can I use Zapier to collect data from the form and immediately redirect the person to Calendly to schedule a call, without additional software?

That will depend on the form app being used and if it has functionality to redirect.

You will have to Google Search whether the form app/add-on/extension/plugin you are using supports redirecting after submit.
