All Trigger "New subscription" from Stripe are Incomplete..

Hey the Zapier Community,

How are u ? 

 

I might have a problem with the Trigger from Stripe “New subscription” i don’t know why but all the paiement even if it’s paid goes into the status of Incomplete.
Here an exemple..

Do u know why i get that ?

 

Coz i can’t filter the real incomplete from stripe..

Good question.

Stripe New Subscription does not mean paid subscription.

 

Perhaps try a different Stripe Zap trigger: https://zapier.com/apps/stripe/integrations#triggers-and-actions

That seems like it could well be a bug. I’d recommend that you reach out to our wonderful Support team to investigate this further. They’ll be able to dig into the logs for your Zap and open up a bug report if needed.
