I currently maintain an account with Monday.com, and I am interested in automating an SMS feature to send text messages to specific employees within the platform. We presently utilize a virtual phone line named Aircall, enabling manual message sending. Unfortunately, direct integration between Aircall and Monday.com is proving challenging. Consequently, I am exploring the possibility of integration via Zapier. If this avenue is not viable, I would appreciate guidance on alternative methods for achieving the desired integration using Zapier.
