Our Zapier Integration is in public beta. While making Zap Templates we’ve realized that we’ll need some more data to power some of the use cases. Do we need to follow the “promote > migrate > deprecate” flow for adding new fields in the API response that powers one of our Triggers? We don’t have any live users besides zaps created for testing.

I need delay the zap : To avoid the connection being closed on the server side, you should make one call at a time, waiting to receive the result before making the next call. Sincerely Domenico
Hello,I’m trying to link my Facebook Leads to my Keller Williams Command. In setting up the Zap, it is asking me to choose a Team, which is a required field. I am not part of a Team at my Brokerage. However, a Team is auto-populating in the drop down menu. I obviously don’t want to send my Leads to someone else if this is a glitch. I have attached a screen shot of the Team that is popping up. Is this Team a Default option, or should I input something else as an Individual Agent? Thanks!
I’m new to zapier and I love it, in concept. I was able to get it to do one important function which is to update a google shees with a new event added to google calendar. I love seeing new events auto populate into my spreadsheet.However, I’m going in circles trying to get it to do some other things I’m hoping it will help me with.I need it also to update a google sheet row when an event in google calendar is changedand I need it to delete a google sheet row when an event is cancelled.I have a feeling I’m doing something wrong in the row field but I’ve tried every option and It’s still not working. If anyone could help with their Zapertise I would be very grateful.
While I have worked out how to use the Format/Utilities option to take fields from Pipedrive and convert the data into columns, and I have worked out how to create an Excel spreadsheet using the Pipedrive ID and title, what I cannot work out is how to add the data from Utilities to the spreadsheet.Here’s what I got from the Utilities:I also tried the Line Item to Text feature based on another article I found stating this is required:My spreadsheet is created: However when I get to the Add Row (or Update Row) options, while it lets me identify what spreadsheet and worksheet to update, it doesn’t give me an option to identify what row to add data to, or what data to add in each column. I only get this if i choose Row 2 (non-header row): Any help is appreciated.
Hi, I am trying to send out team invites to username@mydomain.com . unforutnately even after various retries ,i am unable to receive team invite emails .i am using gsuite for managing my company emails.I talked to gsuite and they said no email ever reached them so the issue must be with zapier

Hi, I’m pulling my hair out trying to figure out why this isn’t working. Goal: new not subscriber creates a zap to convertkit Here are the steps: Subscribe a new user: Subscriber appears in Manychat suscriber list: Nothing appears in convertkit and zap did not trigger. Here is how it has been set up: When i click test, it works. It sends the zap to convertkit and it all works. However, when I create a trigger event (in my case new subscriber) in manychat, the zap does not trigger. Any ideas. i would be very grateful if someone could help me out with this. Hi I have created a zap that looks something like this: WHEN new row added in ‘X’ G Sheet send an email.In the body of the email I use dynamic fields to take ‘x’ column information (email address) an ‘y’ column for the Name. I ran a test and all was found correctly. I test again but why adding new row in excel and it worked the first time but won’t continue to work. When I open the zap and its reports it says everything is working correctly but the emails are not being sent. Any guidance on how to troubleshoot this?
I am pulling data from an API using the Web Hook connector. I get the data fine but it limits the number of records and uses a next url for the next batch. What is the recommended way to page through each set of results and store them in a final list of items?
Hi,I wanted to replace the zapier send an email action by the Sendgrid send an email action.I love zapier send an email action, with only one exception: clicking “do not receive emails” will deactivate my zapp, which is an app availability killer.Should only deactivate zap for the user in question.So I wanted to ditch zapier send an email action and replace it with Sendgrid.But sendgrid doesn’t let add attachments apparently.Did someone else already have this issue? Hello everyone,I am new to Zapier and testing out it’s capability, mainly with integration to MySQL database.My goal is to upload new rows in a MySQL database based from an automated report from Appfolio that is sent to my Gmail daily, I also created a zap that downloads attachments to a google drive folder. Now, what I am trying to do is to upload this csv file from GDrive to Mysql, but on the mapping stage to mysql, it shows the google drive format and not what’s inside the csv file. Ex: my csv file contains the following columns: Unit Address, Unpaid rent, Paid rent and TenantBut the mapping is showing the following instead: Title, File, Embedded Link, Description, Alternate Link etc. Which I assume are the information of the file in GDrive and not the contents. Any help would be appreciated.

I have a zap set up to send a new lead an email through outlook. when I first tested in about 2 weeks ago it worked fine.now when I test the trigger is says it successfully send the email, but it doesn’t. neither the recipient or in my send email box shows an email being send.this is an essential zap for my lead capturing.
Hi!We had a zap that would transfer task info upon update on ClickUp to Google Sheets. It was working normally until the 20th of Oct, but it`s stopped since. It only works when testing it.I have checked the connections, checked the fields and the criteria and all seems ok.What may be causing this not to work?
Hey guys I have a really successful integration with Salesforce Case object and DevOps - The missing piece is being able to transfer any attachments that our customers / Support team add to the ticket to the new Bug created in DevOps - We have got round this by having a manually step in between where the attachments are copied to a location and the dev team access them - It isn't always being done.I have been asked to explore other options and there is a dedicated piece of software to do it called Exalate which can do it - Before I move away from Zappier is this possible with the integration?Case Status pause reason “XXXX” added - > create bug report in a specific iteration path & transfer the documents from the case

Hi I want to set up acuity scheduling with woocommerce so orders though acuity get sent to my woocommerce database with the customers personal information.Its quite confusing when looking at the set up and i dont know where to start. Some guidance would be greatly appreciated
So I'm trying to create a several new zaps but i can only get three of the forms to pass the trigger test. Like any other business I’m using different forms to do different things. Using wpforms i was able to create a 6 booking form for my business.Three of this forms are regular forms that include a date time and place for the appointment the other three are duplicates of the fist three but I added a payment method. Everything is identical! The (non payed appointments) pass the trigger test no errors...none. The forms where the clients needs to pay aren’t able to pass the test. I duplicated one of the ( regular free booking ) forms to see if me adding the payment section was the problem, but event tho the form is an exact copy of the one that passed the trigger test it was not able to pass the trigger test.So I created a a very similar form from scratch to the ones that passed the trigger test and again i was met with the “Status Code 400 Bad Request” Do i have a limit of zap i can
