Hello

Is it possible to merge answers of 2 typeforms into one Notion data base?

The goal here will be to update the information of the 2nd typeform on the right row of the notion data base.

Thanks

Hi @R_fnds

Yes, that’s possible and will reply on a common, but unique data point being submitted between both Typeforms. (e.g. email address)

Zap 1

  1. Tigger: Typeform - New Entry
  2. Action: Notion - Create Database Item

Zap 2

  1. Tigger: Typeform - New Entry
  2. Action: Notion - Find Database Item
  3. Action: Notion - Update Database Item (map the Item ID from step 2)

Hi @R_fnds

As long as the two forms have a unifying piece of information that should be possible (something that is the same on both forms).

After the first Typeform has been posted, use “Find Database Item” to look up the record in Notion, then “Update Database Item” to add the information from the second form.
