Outlook zap doesn't send email

I have a zap set up to send a new lead an email through outlook. when I first tested in about 2 weeks ago it worked fine.
now when I test the trigger is says it successfully send the email, but it doesn’t. neither the recipient or in my send email box shows an email being send.

this is an essential zap for my lead capturing.

Please post screenshots with how your Zap step is configured, thanks.

Make sure the Zap is turned ON.

Check your Zap Runs: https://zapier.com/app/history/

Hi @Stefan de Jong!

A good place to start is your Zap History, that will tell you a) if the Zap was triggered and b) if it ran into any errors.  If you look at the history of the Zap and there are no Zap runs, that means that it hasn’t been triggered, or there’s an error with the trigger.

I checked in the history, and it doesn’t show up there either.
