Chanty “Required field "Message Text" (text) is missing" Error

I am new to Zapier.

I was trying to integrate Jotform with Chanty.

I would like to make a jotform submission sent to Chanty, but could not make it.

 

I  got an error and received an email alert (attached).

I was able to find the “message Text” field, but am not sure what I should type in there.

Could anyone help me?

Hi @AC21 

It looks like you either haven’t mapped the message field in the Zap’s configuration or whoever submitted the jotform hasn’t filled-out the message field.

 

For better assessment send over screenshots of your history and zap’s configuration.

Hi, Mr robschmidt,

People who submitted the jotform did filled out whatever required.  Probably, I am the one who haven’t mapped the message.  But I am not sure how to map it yet.

I have attached 10 pictures.

  1. zap history
  2. configuration 1~8
  3. chanty workspace (board)
