I have a MongoDB instance running on an EC2 server. I need to open a port to the IP address Zapier will connect from. How do I know which IP Zapier is connecting from? Do I need specify a range if the IP will be changing, or will it be a static IP like the MySQL connection?
I’m using https://archiveapi.com integration to archive files. When I try to zip all files in a google drive folder, I need to pass a list of files. However, it’s a folder with dynamic number of files which names are not known.What should I put into File Data field? Are there any other options?
I have a couple Google Sheets set up where they would send a Slack message with new or updated rows. I’ve recently added some checkboxes to the sheet - not as the trigger column - and I’ve found with both my zaps that adding the checkboxes to the sheets breaks the zap. The zaps either don’t send, or they send with missing column data (again, not columns with the checkboxes). When I back to the zap settings, during the test trigger phase it can no longer pull row information. If I delete the checkboxes from the sheet, the data is pulled again, no problem. Anyone else having this issue with checkboxes in Google Sheets breaking the zap?
I am trying to upload a PDF of a completed online form from Cognitoforms into a company record in ConnectWise Manage (PSA) and I don’t think Zapier is properly formatting the data. Please see the two example screenshots. Is there something I am missing in the setup in Zapier to make the form data look like what I get in Postman (that works just fine, btw). In Zapier, I get a message out the RecordID missing, but I feel like it’s because the output from Zapier is not formatted properly. Again, see the pics.The images are coming from the Webhook Tester site.
Hello everyone,I would like to know if there are Zaps which triggered when someone posts on their wall. Like, when someone posts on their LinkedIn profile the Zap is triggered and send that post over. Is it possible through webhooks or something??
Would it be best practice to setup a service account to setup a new Zap integration with MS Teams? If we used a regular user account, the Zap would break when the password is updated, correct? Thanks!

Hey, I’m setting up the following automation:New Labeled Email in Gmail → Create card in TrelloThe “label” I’m using in the trigger is a custom label called “_To-do”. When I apply this label to a thread in my Gmail, it ends up creating a separate card in Trello for each message in the thread (so if the thread has 5 emails, it’ll create 5 cards in Trello).Is there a way to limit this so that it only creates 1 card in Trello using the latest message in the thread, regardless of how many messages are in the thread?
When my workflow in bubble started running get the data correctly but when startes create the contact in hubpsot the email is empty and this is the data that get in hubspot

Hi there, how are you? New on Zapier and creating my first zaps… I am currenly working with Calendly now, and once an event is created I would like to create a deal on PipeDrive, and a person related to this deal. (usually events attrack new people). So here is the problem. Once the event is created, the deal goes correctly to PipeDrive but not the person, Pipedrive is taking other persons and relating those persons to that new lead created. So what I have is one deal and one person created but not related. I must be doing something wrong for sure, but what? :P Thanks
Today we have clients in our slack each of which are in a private channel. Once added we share the URL for the slack connect so they can join. What I am trying to build is for Zapier to grab this URL and send an email to the client which contains this URL so they can join the slack channel we have created. Is this possible?
Hi,I want to use Zapier to grab new published posts on my wordpress site and post them automatically on my facebook page. Everytime i publish a new wordpress post, nothing happens.I've waited for an hour for the Zap to grab the post and publish it on facebook. Nothing. If I go into the Zapier dashboard and hit "Manual Run" on the zap, it works fine. Any advice on troubleshooting this issue? Thanks,
I am using a push notification system capped progressier.com to send a push to our devices 60 minutes before event start times in our google calendar. It works great however the push rarely fires on time. It's usually anywhere from 5-15 mins delayed. I know zaps only poll around every 15 mins but if these calendar events have existed in the calendar for days in advance shouldn't zap already know about them? Or is it that zaps only run every 15 mins? I am confused.
Hello, Path rules do not seem to be working correctly. When attempting to edit and define rules in paths, a single input field shows up, as opposed to the several fields that generally show up in which rules can be defined. Inputting variables in the input field leads to an error when attempting to continue or enable the Zap. See the screenshot. When trying to continue, this error occurs. Moreover, when exiting to the main menu and attempting to enable the Zap, the follow error occurs.
I am trying to use typeform in google sheets, but I cannot figure out how to have math calculations done based off of the inputs given through the typeform survey i have created. We have tried to manually input the equations into the google sheet, but it seems to throw off zapier, so it skips the rows we need to information to go to.

How do I connect my company Linkedin and not my persona Linked in???
Hi All I am running a lead generation campaign with Linkedin ads and I use Zapier to bring the leads to Pardot. When I started the campaign I forgot to turn on the Zap so now i have leads in Linkedin that won’t sync with Pardot. Because Zapier is only syncing the leads that came in after I turned the zap on. Is there a possibility to also sync the older leads with Zapier our should i download them manually?
Pipedrive zap contains field ‘Name’, no First name or Last name. I want to send to Pipedrive both names but how? I am able to sent to Name and then both names appear in PD in one First name field. Is there a solutio or I can’t see smth? Thanks.
I have a client that sends me automated validation requests in the form of an excel spreadsheet. The Spreadsheet can have anything from one row(request) to about 200 rows(requests) of data.The response that I have to send back is limited to a simple Y or N but I have to place that response into a specific field within the excel spreadsheet and have the same email subject.I would like to automate the review of these requests but I’m struggling with how to handle the varying number of rows. Does anyone have a suggestion?

When someone clicks the specific button and hits send, then an email will be sent from a specific email account.Unfortunately, these e-mails always end up in the junk folder. Is this due to a setting in the e-mail account? Or how can I solve this?
