I would like each post and reply in a slack channel to trigger a zap that makes a copy somewhere outside of slack. Best would be in google docs. This is easy to do if you don’t care about threading -- I have it working now. But replies to posts just get a new line at the bottom of the google doc, so the result is confusion -- a reply to a post appears next to a different, and later, post. I would like the zap to create some *threaded* form of copy from slack to something else. Best, again, is google docs. But, if I must, I could try onenote, if that is better. Is there a way to do this?thanks in advance!
Hello, I have connected my Trustpilot account with Woocommerce. I created a Zap to automatically invite customers to review our products. However the suggested invitation email templates (purchase or non-purchase experience) were already translated in many languages but not Greek. Is there a way to access the english template file (.pot) and create a new greek template?

I want to make a Zap where it will take the names (First and Last) from a Google Sheet (or another database free app) I own and auto add a Google Contact Label to the names in my Google Contacts. If I remove the name from the Google Sheet (or another database) it will auto remove the label. Basically I want to add a label to a group of people of my choosing (in a database) and that group can change at any given time based on who is in the database.

I know how to create a custom url so that the first page they come to (not a user, just a customer) will have any fields I want prefilled. I use this to put the hubspot ID for the person in a hidden field so I can track their responses through hubspot CRM. When they submit that form on that page that I sent them too through the custom link, all is well because I know their hubspot ID. However, if I have them sent to another page to fill out a different form, I want the hubspot ID to follow in another hidden field so I can further track who’s making this response. Is there any way to do this? Or is there some other workaround I’m not seeing? I understand you can display the table, but I don’t want to display the table to the customer, just move their hubspot ID from one page to another to keep track of their response. Is there anyway to do what I need?
I am trying to test out Zapier to see if it will help our organization but I am unable to add a connection to ConnectWise Manage. We are using multifactor authentication for ConnectWise Manage and when I try to add the connection, I never get the prompt to approve the login and it just times out. Any direction would be helpful.
I have a client that sends me automated validation requests in the form of an excel spreadsheet. The Spreadsheet can have anything from one row(request) to about 200 rows(requests) of data.The response that I have to send back is limited to a simple Y or N but I have to place that response into a specific field within the excel spreadsheet and have the same email subject.I would like to automate the review of these requests but I’m struggling with how to handle the varying number of rows. Does anyone have a suggestion?
Hello was seeing if this is possible.I'm looking for ideally both, a way to notify Slack when both ZenDesk Talk or Chat has a queue so we can alert certain team members to hop on and assists when queues are full.I was able to get a confirmation that the Webhook is communicating between ZenDesk & Zapier, but don’t know how to proceed further.I was given this information from another person for the next stepsbut not sure what to do here.You need to poll the queue via a GET webhook and then add a Zapier Filter step to check the queue's value for call_waiting (seems like the best value to query?) for your threshold. Webhook: GET /api/v2/channels/voice/stats/current_queue_activity Filter: IF call_waiting >= 50 Add steps here to notify Slack Any help would be appreciated!

I created 2 webhooks today for PayPal, one for ChartMogul and one for LeadDyno. I know for sure that I’ve done something wrong but I don’t know what. Can anyone help a beginner out please? Hi all! Hoping I can find a little help here. Im trying to make a webhook to pull in some form data from a phonesites.com page, and eventually add that info to an existing campaign within Highlevel. Im stuck with trying to get the test to pull in the data from my form. I followed all the directions here : https://phonesites.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/articles/43000011993-how-to-use-phonesites-together-with-webhooks-by-zapier ^^this has worked in the past. The problem I am finding today is that after I have copied the webhook address into phonesites, and saved to make sure it’s live, and then filled out a dummy version of the form and submitted it, I then go back to zapier and the test pulls in more data. there is a little more weirdness going on, but its a bit hard to explain. I’ll give it a go. I eventually got frustrated, after having refreshed, exited the web pages and then re-opened them, made sure my changes were saved on the phonesites page, making sure the webhoo

I’m using zapier to integrate with a few tools to collect data from my users and then transform that data and spit it back to the user. So, user inputs data with a google form or chat bot (google forms, collect.chat, whatever) and my zap does things using cloud tools, and then at the end of the zap i have some (text) data that i really want to share back with the end user.The data ends up being 4/5 paragraphs in size.This is happening on a wordpress site, if that helps matters. At the moment it’s a chat link our user clicks to open that up and give it data, but it could be anything like a google form embedded, a ninja form, whatever. Just trying to brainstorm ways to get the data BACK to them.I’m trying to come up with something other than “send them an email with the info”, although that will work and it’s my fall back. I was wondering if anyone has any ideas?One thing that occurred to me was creating a google doc, adding the user as an editor, and giving them the link to said doc --
Trying to extract the unique registrant URL that GoToWebinar generates for all webinar registrants and add it to a custom field (in our case - “GoToWebinar Join URL”) that’s been set up on the contact record in Hubspot.We’d like to use that custom field with the unique URL in automated emails as part of a workflow that shares the registrant confirmation (as a personalization token in the Hubspot email) to registrants after they register and in subsequent email reminders.The challenge has been figuring out how to set up the Zap correctly to accomplish this. I have read other posts which say to choose Attachments in the *File (required) section but i dont get that choice. I have a Zap integration working between BigCommerce and Xero. I have a trigger setup on BigCommerce for “Waiting Fulfilment” orders to create an Invoice in Xero.The problem is that I’m getting rounding errors where in some cases (when the order has multiple items) the invoice total in Xero is out by a few pence/cents vs. the bigcommerce order.I think I’ve narrowed down the issue to the fact that Bigcommerce calculates its total using a unit price accurate to four decimal places, whereas the default setting on the Xero API only has the unit price accurate to two decimal places. See screenshots attached.According to Xero documentation, in order to get the default unit precision increased from two decimal places to four decimal places, I need to append the API request with ?unitdp=4e.g. PUT and POST invoices - https://api.xero.com/api.xro/2.0/Invoices?unitdp=4 PUT and POST items - https://api.xero.com/api.xro/2.0/Items?unitdp=4Is it possible to somehow trick the Zapier integration
