I would like a log of calls calls to be automatically uploaded to a google sheet by catching a raw hook from the provider. Is there a way that it could collect all the responses over the course of an hour, and upload them all at once in a single action every hour? The goal is to avoid it using up thousands of tasks a day, since it really doesn’t need to be updated live.

Hello,I am looking for a way to grab/filter placeholders in a text.A text field contains several placeholders (i.e. %%%First_Name%%%, %%%Last_Name%%% and %%%Email_Address%%%. And I want to replace those placeholders with the corresponding values from a previous step in a Zap. I couldn’t find any way of logging/forwarding the entire payload data from a trigger event.I want to log and forward the whole payload to another system, and not specify each key.Zapier only allows me to specify each key one by one, I tried using a Code block, but I met the same issue.Is there really no way to do something as basic as that, or did I miss something obvious?
Hi all.I have a cryptocurrency portfolio tracker that I’ve created in Google Sheets.I’ve been relying on APIs (CoinGecko/CoinMarketCap and others) for historic price information of specific cryptocurrencies so I can see my portfolio’s value over time.However, these APIs are less and less reliable usually due to the low quotas they offer for free (and extortionate pricing for their paid API plans).A far more reliable method for me is to download a CSV file manually from CoinGecko containing historic price data and then import into Google Sheets and use a VLOOKUP to match the date and price from a master sheet.The problem is, I am trying to monitor around 50 or so coins and this is very tedious to keep downloading CSVs, and uploading them.Could anyone think of a way to automatically do this using Zapier (or other methods)?I currently get the CSV from going to the coin on CoinGecko (let’s take Stellar/XLM for example): https://www.coingecko.com/en/coins/stellar/historical_data#panel and c

I want to know how you can see what you are completing in pdf filler. When I do the set up it only gives me discriptions such as Box 1278 and text field 2033. I need to match the excel sheet (name, surname, ID etc) with the relevant section in the form.
I have several zaps that use this in a formatter step in order to produce today’s date, but it is producing tomorrow’s date instead. When I initially set these up it was working correctly, however I do not know when it started doing the next day instead. I’ve attached two screenshots, one of the set up and one of a test I did today, 4/14/2022. Any idea why it’s doing this and how to correct it?

Seems like this would be easy to do, but I am having trouble figuring it out. My Marketing Dept. currently uses Constant Contact to send out mass e-mails, surveys, webinars, etc. to our network. They track who opens the e-mails, who takes the surveys and who attends the webinars and who doesn’t. They would like to have all of the tracking details from Constant Contact come over to Salesforce under each contacts page in a communications section that has been newly created as a related list. I am not sure if that is the proper place to start for this request, that is the reason for my outreach here. Has anyone been successful in a 2 way interface for this reason between Salesforce and Constant Contact? Thank you in advance for any assistance.
I have a requirement to track the changes happening on opportunity object and all the field updates to be send to two managers to keep a track on changes happening. I mostly have this working except right now it just pulls in a generic image instead of the id I am requesting. I think I maybe should use a different query string pattern than filterByFormula, or how i am formatting the id part is wrong. I can’t seem to find documentation explaining that part. I am a coding newbie, but am eager to learn!
Hi - I’m an interior designer and my firm uses Asana for all of our project management. I want to create a client dashboard that can connect with Asana via Zapier, so that we can create a simple and seamless place to share files & documents with clients, as well as centralize communications about the project. Ideally I would like to be able to:1 - upload pdf presentations and contracts2 - ask for sign-off / approval on presentations and contracts (like a docusign)3 - add scheduling / a calendar / milestone dates (ideally with zoom integration)4 - be able to comment on each of these items (and keep all communication with client centralized here / eliminate emails)5 - have an attractive and very simple interface (many of our clients are older and tech-illiterate) Does anyone have any recommendations on the best software for doing this? My problem is I can’t get individual rows imported in Google sheets, it imports everything into a single row with commas. Here’s my current Zap:New attachment in Gmail Utilities in Formatter imports from CSV Lookup Spreadsheet Rows in Google SheetsOriginally step 3 was “Create Multiple Spreadsheet rows” and when using that, each row from the GMail CSV attacment would be imported into my Google Sheet into its own row. However, the problem here was it would reimport old rows so rows were being entered twice, three times and more. So I switched to Lookup Spreadsheet Rows in Google Sheets to use the “Create Google Sheets Spreadsheet Row if it doesn’t exist yet?” feature. Now it imports everything into a single row. When using “Create Multiple Spreadsheet rows” this is how it would send the data to the Google Sheet. You can see it first reads all the data then outputs them as individual line items.This is using Lookup Spreadsheet Rows

Hi everyone, I’m looking for some brilliant minds to help me with my challenge :-)What I’d like to achieve is when someone adds a new event OR updates an event in my google calendar, it creates a task in Todoist OR updates an existing task. Now, I’ve managed to achieve this first part relatively easily but I can’t seem to get the second part to work which is searching for an existing task and updating it with the new information. I’m getting an error message that it can’t find it. I’ve tried using a custom field of ‘Summary’ which is the event title. I can achieve it if I look for a specific existing event but that’s a bit pointless. I’ve also tried this from a slightly different direction and duplicating a new event from my main google calendar into a specific todoist google calendar (this allows me to toggle my todoist tasks on/off and there’s a pretty good integration directly). But then I come up with the exact same problem...I can’t seem to find existing events and then update the

I’m trying to automate downloading the Humanitix.com detailed attendee report to a google sheet. The problem I’m having is that the field names in the Attendee report, and the field names that Zapier is assigning are completely different, and I can’t figure out how to map them so I know what headers to create in the Google Sheet. Has anyone had any success in syncing Humanitix event attendee data to a Google Sheet using Zapier?
