Hi!I have a problem importing a name from AmoCRM to ActiveCampaign.Both there and there are First Name and Last Name fields, but when importing there is only one entity — Contact Name.Sometimes First Name in AmoCRM consists of two words. See screenshot #1. It is so necessary. In Russian names, this is the Middle Name.And I need to transfer this to ActiveCampaign in the same way. But on transmission, the second word from the First Name is moved to the Last Name field. See screenshot #2.Please tell me step by step how to solve this problem.
We want to funnel all of our leads to one sub-zap where we would notify the appropriate sales rep. Depending on where the lead came from, the email should have dynamic content. I know that in Mailchimp, you can do dynamic content, but I’m looking to use Gmail to send the email. I only want certain fields referenced in the email if they are not null and relate to the applicable Lead Source. I saw in a different post that someone thought this could be done via Code by Zapier. Hi All, I have two issues: (1) I want to give users access to the Call Recording in Salesforce when a New Call Recording is made in Ring Central but the Recording Audio shows up as a .txt file I have tried this by creating a Zap that when a New Call Recording is created to send an email with the Recording Audio as an attachment I then have Email to Case setup which will turn the attachment into a record in Salesforce The email comes in the attachment is a txt file, and it needs to be an audio file or something. (2) I want a way to identify related SMS messages from RingCentral, so that in Salesforce they can be linked through related records. If there was a field from RingCentral like “Thread Id” or “ConversationID” I think there would be a way to link related SMS messages together in Salesforce, but I don’t see any field other than “ID” but I don’t believe that’s the field I’m looking for. Zapier is very messed up tonight!! I post this in here because I am very tired with waiting 48 hours for customer service. The problem is that you cannot access the fields whether in the old editor or new visual editor. In particular, when you get to the bottom of the form/ editor.Help! Insights? gml

The deal is created in Pipedrive, but it not associated with the organization or the person, despite I indicated the name of the organization and the name of the person to be associated with in the zap: Could anyone help me?
We want users to be able to update a resource, from your documentation it seems we need to use the create action for both creating and updating resources. — https://platform.zapier.com/docs/search-create Now, from the schema, it seems the create value can only be an object and not an array of objects. How can we define multiple create actions on a resource (one to create, one to update the resource)?
I have setup the OAuth2 as described in zapier document. All things are fine upto Step 4.In Step 5: When I setup OAuth Account, it redirects me to login page where I enter the credentials and also it works fine.But when I do the test authentication by making call to API for test authentication, request success with 200, but authentication fails. I am not sure where is the exact error, I cannot see logs of zapier that what token is send or what is the reason for Authentication failure.Please suggest me right ways to fix this issue.

Hi everyone, as per subject can’t succes adding role to discord users, i’ve already read all related posts( hope ) and tried many steps, actually I trigger by row in google sheet, find user and the add role using that ID, i always got error in test and it does never complete task when in run, how to solve this ?

I’m trying to setup a zap that takes information from a Google Sheet and then sends that to Twilio for the data to be referenced in a studio flow. The webhook successfully makes a call, but when on the call, none of the variables such as doctor or attorney are included. Does anyone know how I can fix this? I’ve looked at about 15 guides and just can’t get it. Also, the weird formatting on “Doctor”, “Attorney”, and “Address” is from another community post. I have tried the zap without those pieces surrounding the variable and gotten the same result.

Hi there i would like to create a new Youtube Studion “Livestream” based on the existing template in YT but updating it’s name based on each new event in our events schedule which is available as ICS Feed. I can’t find anything to read ICS with Zapier neither does the YouTube Link have any other options than uploading a video.Am i missing something?

Hi all ! I have a pdf file stored in an Airtable field, but when I try to send it through an Outlook step in Zapier, it only “generates” a blank page with the title of the file written in it. Not the actual pdf.Any idea on how to get around that ? I m really stuck !Best,Quentin
Hello everyone,I'm currently working on a Zap that is supposed to send individual emails to a list of clients. I have a Google Sheet with 50 names and email addresses, and I want to send the same email to each person individually. However, I'm encountering some issues.What I've Done So Far:I've set up a Google Sheet with two columns: one for names and one for email addresses. I'm using the "Format Row" action in Zapier to format the email content, which includes the client's name. I've set up an email action to send the emails.The Issue: When I test the Zap, it sends the email to all three test email addresses at once, and their email addresses are visible to each other. Additionally, the name is not being read correctly from the Google Sheet.What I've Tried:I've triple-checked the Google Sheet and Zapier setup. We’ve recently had some Zaps error out on the “Find or Create Prospect in Pardot” step with an error that reads “An HTTP Client raised an unhandled exception: SoftTimeLimitExceeded().” Between Zapier and Pardot support conversations, the main thing we learned is that Zapier was taking too long to read through the fields which lead to the error messages. Not much was offered as far as troubleshooting since both sides saw nothing wrong with the Zaps at the surface level. Replaying the Zaps didn’t work and the fields in Pardot are all basic text fields. The only thing that has changed is that we have added a lot more fields in Pardot, which lead us to wonder if that was what is causing the timeouts when running a zap. Has anyone ran into this issue before, and if so, were you able to find a workaround? In Pardot is there a way to limit the number of fields Zapier can see?
Hi everyone!I have a problem, I am trying to automize this process: New contact in shopify → add contact in google contacts → add new contact into a google contact group (label).I managed to make the first 2 steps work, but the third step does not work. I am trying to create a zap where if a specific email comes in, I want it to create an update on Monday.com. However, I keep getting this error at the testing stage. I tried the same thing, to create an update from Meetgeek.ai. I can create a task just fine, but if I try to create an update, the same message pops up
Hello, I would like to create a Zap that connects a new received/updated answer from a Google Forms to a Template Presentation from Google Slides. I was able to, without a problem, link the text answer from the google forms to the template however, when it comes to passing through the images I was unable to do it successfully. Can someone help me with the correct configuration of the Zap and the Google Slides Template for this action? Thank you in advance!
