Social Media Posting from Airtable for Multiple Platforms

I have been searching through the community posts on how to set up Zapier to post/schedule to various social media platforms from Airtable.

I saw your reply @Troy Tessalone to someone a few months ago where they were asking about doing this for Linkedin? Is it possible to do this for multiple social media platforms? And would one use the same setup you noted for each platform:

"You’ll need a Date field in your Airtable Table.
Add a Formula field to the same Airtable Table to calculate the datetime difference between the DateTime and NOW.
Formula: DATETIME_DIFF(NOW(),Date,'hours')
Add a View to your Airtable Table that filters for a Formula field = 0 to trigger the Zap.
