I am working through the zap when we create a new quote and invoice in infusionsoft and the person pays it will zap it to xero by creating an invoice and marking it as paid. We use item codes in Xero and I am trying to figure out how to make it zap with the different one each time. My thought process is that when I setup the product in infusionsoft there is something I should be adding to trigger it for the item code. Also we charge the merchant fee back to the customer, so I am thinking I should add that in the tax field. Thanks in advance for your help.

Hello community,I would like to create a Zap and query several subreddits for new hot posts.Now I'm at the "Trigger" field and want to add more than one subreddit there. I’m able to have Zaps from Woocommerce to other platforms, but any Zaps coming into Woo (from Shipstation) I’m getting the ‘The app returned "405"’ error. There’s not much documentation to support this error (really there’s none at all). Any advice? I’m assuming it’s a plugin or something?
I know how to create a custom url so that the first page they come to (not a user, just a customer) will have any fields I want prefilled. I use this to put the hubspot ID for the person in a hidden field so I can track their responses through hubspot CRM. When they submit that form on that page that I sent them too through the custom link, all is well because I know their hubspot ID. However, if I have them sent to another page to fill out a different form, I want the hubspot ID to follow in another hidden field so I can further track who’s making this response. Is there any way to do this? Or is there some other workaround I’m not seeing? I understand you can display the table, but I don’t want to display the table to the customer, just move their hubspot ID from one page to another to keep track of their response. Is there anyway to do what I need?
When I add a new card to the trello, I want Zapier to add the name of the card to column A. However, nothing happens. The tests did work, but as soon as I started adding cards, it did not work. How do I fix this?
On our community's entrance gate pad (Doorking DKS), the guest types in 484 then presses CALL. The gate's number (561-361-8674) then dials my cell number (561-268-1349), which I answer. Then I press 9 to open the gate (Chamberlain ELITE Access Systems) for the guest. How do I automate getting the gate to open without me having to press 9?
I have a requirement to read from a notepad text file (or a csv) to read n rows of text, and email it to an email address found on the n+2 row. How can I use Zapier for this?
I use the Trello add card chrome applet a lot, but when I try to create a Zap for “New card created” it does not fire for those cards (it does for cards added manually). I have the Zap configured to just look at the board and list I want it to and still not seeing those cards. I have even tried triggering on “new label added to card” (added via butler / Trello Automation - the new label automation in Trello DOES work for these cards) but still not seeing those cards. I let my zap run (both configurations) for a few days just to be sure, but still nothing. I started looking at the Trello automation to post to an endpoint (thinking of using Zapier webhook) and think I could go that route, but then I need to dig into the variables I need in the payload… seems like a lot of work and not sure if it will work.
Hi, I tried to create template in our app and I countered with some issue.I have a several input fields of type dynamic dropdown (hidden=true) and I can’t add to them sample data.Is it possible to add the sample data into hidden trigger which other trigger use his value through dynamic dropdown?
So I am using a Zapier webhook on my custom site to post some parameters to be passed on to the next application.My concern is that, currently, the URL is visible to anyone by simply inspecting the page and looking at the JavaScript function.How can I hide it more securely/is this even a concern? Hello,I need to allow a Zapier user to create a Zap that syncs entities containing custom fields between my platform and a CRM.It seems the best way to do that would be allowing the user to specify the field list on a trigger, using a form looking like this one :i.e. the user inputs multiple items, each having 3 properties :key ; label, which, as a last resort, could be auto-generated from the key property on my back-end, although it would reduce the user’s experience ; type, which needs to be a dropdown offering a few choices like string/integer/boolean/datetime ;How to do that ?The string input field with the allow multiples option would only allow specifying 1 property per item The dictionary input field would only allow specifying 2 properties per item and would not allow autocompleting the 3rd oneThanks
I saw that connecting data sources to chatbots was now possible, so I bought a premium plan to test it out. I am running into issues where no matter the file size or type it seems to be getting rejected over and over. The file I tested is a 27kb (I see the max is 1mb) word document that was having issues, I then turned it into a .txt file and was still not able to upload, then after I tried to convert it to a .pdf with still no luck. Any way to get this file uploaded so I can begin to test this new feature? Thanks!
I’ve been trying for >1h and Zapier won’t synch Signupgenius (SUG) with Google calendar. When Zapier asks me to log into SUG it opens a page with error and even when I sign in, doesn’t do anything. Earlier, I kept getting a 404 error.SOS!

I have a basic Zap that takes a submission from Submittable and upserts a Contact record in Salesforce. The issue I’m running into is that the Submittable form has multi-select checkbox fields that need to be re-formatted into single checkbox fields in Salesforce. For example, a submission could have Question 1, with A,B,C,D all checked in a multi-select response, but that needs to translate into boolean checkboxes on field A, field B, field C, and field D on the Salesforce record. I think I could do this by formatting one field at a time, but there are upwards of 20 fields that need to be formatted, so that feels inefficient. Is there a way to do this with tables or line items? I’m not entirely sure I understand how the data would translate.

Hello,I am trying to use a Catch Hook in Zapier to grab Marketo Lead Details. It is returning no data, I was hoping to use the Marketo ID to find a record in Airtable. Is Catch Hook the best way to accomplish this? Or should I be using a Custom Action to try to grab Lead Details from Marketo?
I’m an “amateur” Zap user so I hope this doesn’t sound like a simple/stupid question :-) I have a Google Sheet with many columns of data, including some that have dates.I’m trying to create a Zap that sends Emails when I change the Date in one particular column. That’s the easy part. What I can’t figure out is how to make it so that if/when I re-sort/re-order the lines on the spreadsheet, the system doesn’t think I’ve changed the Date in EVERY row.EXAMPLE: Sheet is sorted in Alphabetical order, so the Line I change is Row 10. I understand how to make this action occur.But if/when I re-sort the Sheet by the order of a different column, ALL the rows are reordered and the system then thinks I’ve changed the Date in ALL of the rows and the action is triggered for every row. I just need the action linked/tied to that one row regardless of re-sorting and so the system won’t respond every time I re-sort the Sheet. Does that make sense?Any help you can provide is appreciated.

How do I make a PUT request to QBO using Zapier? I am thrilled to see the custom App Extensions feature as part of Zapier. However, I am trying to use it with Quickbooks and seem to have run into a problem. I am simply trying to “SEND” an estimate. Zapier has a good integration with QBO already, but is sadly missing this very important function. When using the App Extensions for a GET request, everything works fine. But when I try a PUT request it fails with error 405. From the QBO developer docs it appears that an “Authorization” header is missing.
