Hi All I am running a lead generation campaign with Linkedin ads and I use Zapier to bring the leads to Pardot. When I started the campaign I forgot to turn on the Zap so now i have leads in Linkedin that won’t sync with Pardot. Because Zapier is only syncing the leads that came in after I turned the zap on. Is there a possibility to also sync the older leads with Zapier our should i download them manually?
Hello,my problem is a Zap between Microsoft To Do and Evernote.Since I’m forced to use Microsoft To Do, I want to extract all Tasks to my Evernote Note, which I’m using most for my workflow. Extracting Tasks (titles, dates, notes and so on) is no problem, but the “Steps” or subtasks, which can be many, are not listed as trigger items. Is there a way to get those subtasks triggered? Thanks for your help!
The current approach is using an open API key and integrating with zapier schedule and Linkedin, but my point is Content URL. How if the post is a daily build, and I can fill in the unique URL in advance
I’m having nothing but problems trying to get Zapier to stay connected to WordPress Everything connects fine and 1 zap will run and then immediately after the connection is lost and I get an email asking me to reconnect my WordPress account again Anyone got a quick fix for this problem?

Hello there, I am trying to pass an image from one app to a webhook post endpoint. The issue is that the source image is stored on a cdn link such as this one and that the webhook only accepts the image in a jpg or png format. anyone help appreciated ;)
I’m struggling to connect my gravity form to a Monday board. It’s connected to gravity forms and Monday, and the triggers are working. However, it’s struggling to find the board I want to create new items for for each new form submission. It can find some boards, but not the one I’m trying to connect to.

Hi There!I am getting an error message when trying to connect Google Sheets to Slack. I’d like to send a Slack message based on data being added to a specific column within a Google Sheet.I received this message about the Message Field, and I have added a screenshot of what is within the “Message Text” field. I assume it has something to do with the “no data” info within the Message Text field? Any help would be appreciated! Failed to create a send channel message in SlackRequired field "Message Text" (text) is missing.
I am using Zapier to create a QuickBooks Online invoice when a Salesforce opportunity is created. I have a zap that uses the action Create Invoice in QuickBooks Online. I want the invoice number to be auto-generated with a specific format. I have a custom field in Salesforce that provides the first part of the invoice number (“FY22-”) then I want the QBO Invoice number to auto generate numbers appended to that. So it would be FY22-1, FY22-2, FY22-3, FY22-4, etc. Is this possible with Zapier? I tried putting AUTO_GENERATE after the custom field reference in the Invoice Number field, but that just resulted in “FY22-AUTO_GENERATE”.Field in the Create Invoice in QuickBooks Online actionResult in QuickBooks Online
The Zapier WordPress action for finding a post only works on already published posts. Is there something I am missing in order for the system to find posts that are in DRAFT? I believe this is the most common workflow, where we first want to modify posts before they are published.
Hey guys, I currently have a google sheet that needs to be cleared daily and I have tried doing this by creating a new blank worksheet and replacing it with the existing sheet. However whenever I test the Zap I get the following error “There was an error writing to your Google sheet. Invalid requests[0].addSheet: A sheet with the name "Details" already exists. Please enter another name.” However I've tried all the troubleshooting problems and override “True” is selected. Is there maybe something I am doing wrong or another way to achieve this? Any help is appreciated!Thanks
Hi folks,Been using Zapier for a while, enjoy solving its puzzles - but this one has me stumped.I’m trying to generate an invoice with Invoice Ninja when a new record is created in Airtable. I have the entire zap built, and it successfully generates invoices from new records, but there is a glitch:The step of finding the products in Invoice Ninja returns the same 20 products no matter what I put in as the search value!I’ve tried everything, including random unrelated search values from different steps just to confirm that it was doing what I thought it was doing.Anyone have any idea what’s up?Thank you,Shawn
Data field in Google Sheet Zap configured to pic the date and time - Looks like it reads correctly!Wrong Date and time computed by the Zap: When tested, event is indeed created for 2027 July! Not convinced why any sort of transformation is needed for such a simple usecase when the data is available in simple and direct format.
I am trying to build a Zap that will take an email I receive and get the zoom link from the email and add it to the locations field in my Google Calendar event. The website that hosts these events is Wix so all the events are sent with text that says to Join the Meeting but Zoom doesn’t recognize these as they aren’t the typical https://us06web.zoom.us/abunchofnumbers links. The link is some wix.com link that redirects to the zoom link. Example Wix link:http://links.wixevents.com/abunchofrandomstuff I am hoping someone here can help me build my zap. Thanks!
I am very new at this sort of thing and have never worked with code or API prior to this but I have been learning quickly and believe I have the things we need up to about 90% of the way good but this last issue I cant seem to figure out. Whenever I run my zap (or even the tests) for my Search Action using a GET request, it only returns the first result but I am trying to use it to either populate or update a table/sheet/database so I need all of the results. I can get pictures if needed but since I am new at this, I wasnt sure what would be relevant or not to include for someone to better and understand and assist me.

We’re looking to create a workflow where customer messages from a dedicated Slack channel are captured as tickets in Zendesk. Subsequently, when our agents respond in Zendesk, the response should update in the same Slack thread. If a customer replies in the Slack thread, that should also update the Zendesk ticket.1st section is pretty easy with New message posted to channel in slack and create a ticket in zendesk but we cannot update the same ticket if we receive any message from slack. Any suggestions?

Is it possible to create a new slide with an image in a currently open (and running) presentation? I’d like to trigger the action by adding new images to a Google Drive Folder, and add those images to the current presentation as slides. Ideally this would happen as the presentation is running. Does that make sense?
