Hello,
my problem is a Zap between Microsoft To Do and Evernote.

Since I’m forced to use Microsoft To Do, I want to extract all Tasks to my Evernote Note, which I’m using most for my workflow.

Extracting Tasks (titles, dates, notes and so on) is no problem, but the “Steps” or subtasks, which can be many, are not listed as trigger items. Is there a way to get those subtasks triggered?

Thanks for your help!

Hi @emi

These are the currently available MSFT To Do triggers.

Do the subtasks come thru in the data returned for New Task or Updated Task?

Hi @Troy Tessalone

Thanks for your answer!
I’m sorry I hadn’t describe my problem accurately.

So I have “New Task” as the first trigger, then this data comes out and I can’t find “subtasks” or anything which could be helpful for then append to a Note in Evernote.

Hi @emi

If the subtasks data isn’t available view a trigger step or Find Task search step, then I’m not sure you’ll be able to leverage the MSFT To Do Zap app integration as you intend.
