I have a requirement to read from a notepad text file (or a csv) to read n rows of text, and email it to an email address found on the n+2 row. How can I use Zapier for this?

Hey there! I guess the main question back to you before we can answer this is what application do you intend to use to send the data to Zapier?
This could be done in many ways, but you’ll need an app with a native Zapier integration for easy set-up, or you’ll need the ability to write a script to send a webhook to Zapier based on your conditions.

I am thinking of using either txt file or a csv as the trigger to do this. Then send email through gmail. I am very new to Zapier and am excited to use this tool. Looking forward to learning from you how I can do this
