Google Drive to Vimeo error: "There was a problem with your upload"

Hi, I have set up a zap so that when a new file is added to a selected Google Drove folder it uploads it to Vimeo.When the video uploads I get an error message (see below). Is there a fix for this? Thanks

How to test Zap using PayPal sandbox transactions?

Hi, I am working for a non profit org where they want to integrate the donations received via PayPal into Salesforce. I was able to create zap to integrate the information from google sheets into Salesforce without much issues. However, I am not sure how to test PayPal integration. My zap has several paths depending on the info received from PayPal and the info that is available in Salesforce. FYI, I only have restricted access to Salesforce and I have asked my manager to update the IPN hook provided by Zapier into PayPal and he did do that. However, when a transaction came in PayPal, the info was not found in Salesforce. When I looked at the Zap history, I see that the data from PayPal is shown as “Missing Data”. So, I am not sure what is coming from PayPal. Is there a way to test the Zap with test PayPal transactions? Can someone help? Thanks,Bala.

Best way to get first Product Image for Woocommerce for Instagram, Pinterest and Twitter Posts

Hi Community! I am trying to get the first available image for a Woocommerce product for Zaps that are triggered by product updated. The issue I am having is that there does not seem to be a solid way to get the image I need. If there is only one image for the product then Image Src will give you what you need. However more than one image it gets more complicated and my success is limited. Does anyone have a code example or other method that will work that they could help me with? Dean Datalynk UK

Hide Zapier webhook URL

So I am using a Zapier webhook on my custom site to post some parameters to be passed on to the next application.My concern is that, currently, the URL is visible to anyone by simply inspecting the page and looking at the JavaScript function.How can I hide it more securely/is this even a concern? How do I add multiple separate tags to Mailchimp from Google Sheets?

I’m adding multiple tags to mailchimp using sheets cell data in a previous step, it seems to be putting the 2 tags together as one in mailchimp rather than 2 separate tags. Am I supposed to be using a separator in the tags area in mailchimp?eg. Tag1 Tag2Turns into Tag1Tag2 in mailchimp.

Zap does not receive a response from Google Sheets

Hello Everyone, I have a Zap triggered when a row is added in a google sheet table. In step 4 of my Zap I do a look up in a google sheet table, but I get this error “This usually happens when the Zap does not receive a response from Google Sheets within 30 seconds confirming we could access the spreadsheet data successfully.” The connexion is right, this table only has 700 rows, the sheet and table IDs are right, and there is the value in the google sheet. I tried replaying them but it’s not working.. When I replay a zap, will it replay with new data it the google sheet has been updated? Or only the one the triggered the zap? Thanks for your helps!

GA4 Source/Medium/Campaign to Pipedrive (using Zapier)

HelloI have the following automation that I need to do through Zapier and I haven’t yet figured out how:Automatically add a Google Analytics Source, Medium and Campaign field to a Lead in Pipedrive Inbox The purpose is to find out if a lead in Pipedrive came for example from a Google Ads campaign (and the campaign name from GA4 gets automatically attached to the lead)What I’ve done so far:Created Custom fields in Pipedrive for GA4 Source; GA4 Campaign; GA4 Medium Tried to create a new Trigger in Zapier “New Conversion Event in Google Analytics 4”. Filtered to only include “Free Trial” leads GA4 does not send any data about “Source”; “Medium” or “Campaign” through with the Conversion event. Which meant that the “Update deal” Action was impossible to do - I want to update the deal with source/campaign/medium fields from GA4 but GA4 does not send that information through. The only connection right now is the timestamp. (Create time from GA4, Lead Created date from Pipedrive). Additional

Dynamically create URL through code

Hello, I have a situation where I have to dynamically build a URL “?example1=DSWIM POWER SUPPLY&example2=23” I have created the link, but I keep getting a zap error: Failed to create a request in Webhooks by ZapierDSWIM POWER SUPPLY not found (HTTP Status Code: 404) The URL is correct and if I send it externally it works, but Zapier is having issues propagating the dynamic data into the url string.. Any Ideas?

Enroll users to Thinkific getting data from Fluent Forms

Hi,We are trying to connect Fluent Forms and Thinkifiv via Zapier.The path should be this:User submits a form from Fluent Forms, Zapier gets the data and then enrolls the user to our Thinkific course. After the enroll, user should recieve a email with account credentials. The data we have to take from the user is its name, email and the pass (don’t know if it’s better setting pass from our side or there another way, like sending link to user to set by itself).To do this, I made a Zap using Webhook and following FF steps:https://fluentforms.com/connect-zapier-to-wordpress/When I try to do the Thinkific part, I can’t chosee which data is equal to our parameters.What am I missing? Cannot retrieve Google Sheets column names when connecting to Obviously AI

Hello, I’m new to Zapier and i’m trying to create a zap that does the following: Get data from a google sheet that has its top row frozen. How to use Updated File in Google Drive trigger when the file was created for another zap

Hi,I have a Zap that creates a google drive folder and a google doc and shares it to 2 people.I'd like to make an automation that when one of those 2 people update the file, the other one receives an email.The problem is, when starting a Zap with the trigger Updated File in Google Drive, I can only set up a unique folder that already exists, not being able to make it run for the folders to be created by the original Zap.Any ideas?Thank you in advance

Zapier Natural Language Action - Any experience integrating it with Airtable?

I've tinkered a bit with the NLA Beta from Zapier using LangChain and LLM's from OpenAI. Anybody else tried out to hook it up to Airtable?So far I've been following the guide from LangChain (Here's the Quickstart Guide) for Zapier Natural Language Actions API. I've been successful with the example of finding the latest email of XX in your Gmail and making a summary of it but when it came to Airtable it became a bit more tricky.I've set up an action on Zapier's side and tried out a few different trials for finding records. I’m working on creating a series of zaps that will create calendar updates in my gaming community server on discord. So far, I have 3 tasks, named respectively as follows:S7 TASK : Discord > Google Contacts S7 TASK : Contact > Discord S7 TASK : Google Calendar > DiscordI only have the free version of zapier but I was wondering what possibilities I have in getting this bot to function how I want it to. Essentially, I want users to first be able to create a google contact (First name: Username, Last name: #xxxx) by posting their email address in a specific channel in the server. The bot then notifies the user when the contact has been created in the google contacts. Google Calendar Poll Rate

Hello, I am trying to set up alerts in Slack when I have an appointment coming up in Google Calendar. I have the integration working and I’m on the Standard plan. I have my trigger interval set to 9 minutes - it will check Google calendar every 9 minutes then report if there’s an upcoming event. The issue is it’s sometimes 3 minutes late or 5 minutes late, but sometimes it works fine. I know this may be a limitation of the standard plan, but how do others handle this on the std plan? What’s the “sweet spot” ? Should I set my alert time to 15 minutes and have it scan every 9 minutes? What’s the best way to achieve this alert system? Thank you very much

Testing a Trigger Successful, but no Triggering Happpens

Greetings,I am developing the Zapier integration for my business. Right now we are testing the Zap with some clients, but the Trigger that should start the Action does not trigger. It works fine when Testing it. How to automate URL extraction, form input, and file download from an email through Zapier?

I’m trying to setup a zap to handle the following and am having issues. Is this possible?I receive emails that have a link to download a file. Clicking the link takes you to a validation page that has a single form input textbox to input the email address the email was sent to. Upon entering the email address and submitting the form the webpage automatically initiates a file download. The form is submitted via javascript. The url of the file itself isn’t visible in the page code.I can setup the email trigger to get the initial URL and visit the page but I can’t get any Webhooks variation to work to POST the form.Is this doable?
