Cannot retrieve Google Sheets column names when connecting to Obviously AI

Hello, 

 

I’m new to Zapier and i’m trying to create a zap that does the following: 

 

  1. Get data from a google sheet that has its top row frozen. Trigger: new Spreadsheet
  2. Action: send it to obviously.ai model
  3. while selecting the action,  i get the list of fields in obviously.ai that i need to map to the google sheets columns. 
  4. the problem is that i cannot see the column names in the drop down. 

 

 

can you please assist?

Hi @eagle_one34 

Good question.

The GSheets column headers are the bolded values in the dynamic variables.

e.g. Title is the header, Test Employee Attrition is the cell value for the row.

Thank you for the response but I'm still not clear. For example for the field "Age" that's pulled from obviously.ai model, I want to select the Google sheets field that matches it. How do I select it? I have over 30 fields to map. I thought it would let me choose the fields that match it?

Try searching in the search box for the name of the column header or the value of the row cell.

Try scrolling up/down to see all the available variables to map.

yes sorry i should have mentioned that i did that in my previous replies. Here’s a recording i did to clarify what i see. I basically don’t see any of the field names :)
