Hi Everyone,I’m having a very interesting problem when I try to zap the information from a form on my SquareSpace website to update to one of my Brevo contact list. When someone fills out the form, the city and e-mail address of that user comes through to my Brevo contact list without issue. Unfortunately, I am unable to figure out the reason the first name and last name will not, no matter what I do. I would very much appreciate any guidance to try and get this resolved. Thank you.
I’m facing an issue with my Zapier storage.I have a zap that is triggered by a webhook.Every time it runs, it get the value from Zapier storage using a key, say key name is “keyname”.Then it does a few operations and stores new value for the key “keyname”.Problem is, on subsequent calls of this zap, Storage from Zapier cannot find a value with the key “keyname” and resets it to default value, thus erasing all the info which was previously stored in it. How can I solve this? Thanks!
I have a set of email ids mapped to certain states but unfortunately any state I key in, it automatically goes to else condition. HiI was creating the zap to make the order fulfillment automation. I put really suppliers email on the “To” section, and do many test actions.Does the supplier will receive my test email ??? So worry about this. Thank you
When I tried to import the products from square to shopify i am facing many issues, The product category names are simply imortes as there catgory id, Product images are listed as id and the variations are not handles accordingly. Can anyone please help me out.
I am trying to create an automation which would use the information in a google sheet (which is populated by my website) to create a new item in my Monday.com board. I successfully did this for one tab of my google sheet but cannot get it to work for the second tab. The error keeps coming back: the app returned "store.monday.automation.error.missing_group". Any advice?
I am new to Zapier and on the trial version at this stage but I don’t believe that is the issue. When I create a Zap (to import new contacts from Rezdy to Sendinblue), it allows me select multiple fields such as Firstname, Lastname etc, but when the Zap runs it has only brought across the email address (which is the identfier). If I go back and edit the Zap, it appears it hasn’t saved the fields I want to bring across. Am I doing something wrong?

I have a MongoDB instance running on an EC2 server. I need to open a port to the IP address Zapier will connect from. How do I know which IP Zapier is connecting from? Do I need specify a range if the IP will be changing, or will it be a static IP like the MySQL connection?
I’m using https://archiveapi.com integration to archive files. When I try to zip all files in a google drive folder, I need to pass a list of files. However, it’s a folder with dynamic number of files which names are not known.What should I put into File Data field? Are there any other options?
I have a couple Google Sheets set up where they would send a Slack message with new or updated rows. I’ve recently added some checkboxes to the sheet - not as the trigger column - and I’ve found with both my zaps that adding the checkboxes to the sheets breaks the zap. The zaps either don’t send, or they send with missing column data (again, not columns with the checkboxes). When I back to the zap settings, during the test trigger phase it can no longer pull row information. If I delete the checkboxes from the sheet, the data is pulled again, no problem. Anyone else having this issue with checkboxes in Google Sheets breaking the zap?
Would it be best practice to setup a service account to setup a new Zap integration with MS Teams? If we used a regular user account, the Zap would break when the password is updated, correct? Thanks!

Hey community!Im completely new to this app. I created a zap where when a campaign in Brevo get's sent it should push the data to an excell file on my one-drive, during the test this works fine. However when I just send a test campaign to see if it works it didnt. Also Im wondering will the data stay updated if clicks and views increase or does the zap only trigger once?Im looking for a way to keep this excell file updated with the latest data instead of needing to do this manually.You guys got any tips on the right settings etc?Best regards,Sebastiaan Mathas

Hi there, how are you? New on Zapier and creating my first zaps… I am currenly working with Calendly now, and once an event is created I would like to create a deal on PipeDrive, and a person related to this deal. (usually events attrack new people). So here is the problem. Once the event is created, the deal goes correctly to PipeDrive but not the person, Pipedrive is taking other persons and relating those persons to that new lead created. So what I have is one deal and one person created but not related. I must be doing something wrong for sure, but what? :P Thanks
Today we have clients in our slack each of which are in a private channel. Once added we share the URL for the slack connect so they can join. What I am trying to build is for Zapier to grab this URL and send an email to the client which contains this URL so they can join the slack channel we have created. Is this possible?
I am using a push notification system capped progressier.com to send a push to our devices 60 minutes before event start times in our google calendar. It works great however the push rarely fires on time. It's usually anywhere from 5-15 mins delayed. I know zaps only poll around every 15 mins but if these calendar events have existed in the calendar for days in advance shouldn't zap already know about them? Or is it that zaps only run every 15 mins? I am confused.
Is Well known that some IG integartion can trigger a block on the account, my question is, Zapier is oficially recognized by Meta to use de API and not trigger an account blocking?
Hello, Path rules do not seem to be working correctly. When attempting to edit and define rules in paths, a single input field shows up, as opposed to the several fields that generally show up in which rules can be defined. Inputting variables in the input field leads to an error when attempting to continue or enable the Zap. See the screenshot. When trying to continue, this error occurs. Moreover, when exiting to the main menu and attempting to enable the Zap, the follow error occurs.
I’m trying to create a new Zap where if I get a new message in a Discord channel, it will send me an SMS text message. I create a new Zap and when I choose that trigger I get the Discord sign in pop-up. There I authorize it but in the “Select a Server” the dropdown is empty. Is there something I need to do in Discord for my servers to appear?
I am trying to use typeform in google sheets, but I cannot figure out how to have math calculations done based off of the inputs given through the typeform survey i have created. We have tried to manually input the equations into the google sheet, but it seems to throw off zapier, so it skips the rows we need to information to go to.
