I am new to Zapier and on the trial version at this stage but I don’t believe that is the issue. When I create a Zap (to import new contacts from Rezdy to Sendinblue), it allows me select multiple fields such as Firstname, Lastname etc, but when the Zap runs it has only brought across the email address (which is the identfier). If I go back and edit the Zap, it appears it hasn’t saved the fields I want to bring across. Am I doing something wrong?

Can you take a screenshot of the step 2 in your zap, it should be the sendinblue step where you select the fields from step 1 (the trigger step) to populate the fields. The sub-section may be called something like customize contact, or similar.
