So when i use the Instagram trigger to my discord apparently when i post a picture there is a preview

and when i post a video or a reels there is no preview

I was wondering if you've had a chance to map the "media_url" from Instagram to the "Message Text" field in Discord? Give it a try and let me know if it works for you.
