Hi all!I just started using Zapier, so I’m reasonably confident that I’m doing something wrong - still, I’m hoping somebody can point me in the right direction! I set up a Zap to automatically transfer all PDF attachments from my mailbox to a Drive folder. It appears to work alright as a Zap, but when attempting to use that Zap to transfer previous data, I get the following error message:There was a problem fetching your Transferb'Internal Server Error'I can’t find the b’Internal Server Error’ anywhere in the Troubleshooting section, so I figured it’d be at least worth a try to post here.Any help is very much appreciated!
I am creating a trigger that initiates the creation of an event on Google Calendar (Account B) when an event is created on Google Calendar (Account A). The trigger works correctly, but if the event created on Calendar A contains a link to a Google Meet video conference, the event created on Calendar B has a different video conference link. How can I make the two fields match?
When someone registers on our site, we send the data to a webhook on zapier (Catch Hooks in Webhooks).We then want to check campaign monitor if that person has subscribed and if not, add them. For this step we use Find a Subscriber in Campaign Monitor. Simple enough.If the person found in CM has unsubscribed we get this email notification“The app returned "Email Address exists in suppression list. Subscriber is not added.".”.That makes sense. What we want to do is check if the person has unsubscribed and if so, do nothing. If not, then proceed with adding them if they are not there, or do nothing if they are already subscribed.How would I go about this?The use case is people are registering for a particular event, but they have unsubscribed from event managers general mail list. So we will get lots of these, where people will register for a new event, but they have removed themselves from the main list. I have a Zap that creates a copy of a Google Sheet (and renames it) when we convert and Opportunity to a Project in Insightly. This is great, but I have a one more step I’d love to automate that I can’t figure out.In Insightly, you can link a Google Sheet to a Project in the “Related” tab under Files. There is a Google Drive button and you just search for your file and link it. Is there a way to do this through Zapier?

I am not very tech savvy, but I feel this is a simple answer. I have created a Google Form for capturing customer estimate requests. However, when it is created as a calendar event, the spacing for certain fields isn’t there.Ideally, I would like parentheses / brackets around the partner name (in this case, Jim), and spacing between the next two fields, which are customer name and phone number. As well, in the ‘description’ field, what normally goes there is a description of work needed (long answer text), and the name of the employee who took the estimate request, so there would need to be spacing there as well. We already have a form that we have been utilizing; however, it belongs to an employee who is no longer working with us, and has not shared that form, so I created a new one. I appreciate any help that can be provided!
I am attempting to monitor a spreadsheet and generate calendar events based on a column change. So far everything works correctly, except that the time zone is always set to my account time zone, not the time zone specified in the spreadsheet. These events need to respect multiple times zones. This may be a problem with how I have the data formatted in the sheet, but it is in line with the examples provided which do include a time zone. The included image shows the three fields I am using to construct the start and end times, but Zapier always drops the time zone and sets the event to Eastern Time (my account setting). I’ve tried using a formatter action but it also drops the time zone. How do I need to format the data in columns to maintain the time zone? Data must be human-readable and enterable.

I have a html web form on a website that I’m posting to Zapier with a webhook.I basically want a user to submit the form and the attachment post to zapier and then have the attached file saved into google drive.Is there a way for me to handle an attachment through a zapier webhook?
I have created a ZAP that pulls reservation data from the Acuity Reservation app and then interfaces with the WAVE accounting system to create a draft invoice for the services that the person has booked. The ZAP is working well, but I want to have the ZAP create an invoice that reflects that a customer using the Acuity reservation system has booked multiple spots…..i.e. this person books a charter on a given day at a specified time for 5 people @ $80.00 per seat. I can’t get the ZAP to create an invoice that shows 5 seats @ $80 for an extended invoice amount of $400.00. The invoice that is generated shows 1 seat @ $80.00 - $80.00.I would really appreciate any assistance that anyone could offer. Thanks much!

Hi I am new to Zapier, i've started it mainly for this purpose but i will look to learn it and connect with notion in the future too if can get the hang of it.I am looking to be able to take a list of subreddits and be able to filter down a certain demographic - 18+ UK/EU based gamers etc - I then would like to be able to take these posts that fit this filter into a Discord channel.I have been trying to set this up using the help of chatgpt and zapier ai but so far seem stuck - I can get the message into Discord but no actual link to the respective Reddit post that triggered the zap etc.Any suggestions or help would be appreciated.

Hi there, I am trying to run a Zap where: Trigger: Updated Field in SF Find Record Find Record Update Record (this is where my issue lies)My full zap flow works for my test record, but when I try to update the 89 records that are triggered from my trigger, they fail because I can only select a singular Record (Salesforce Object) rather than all of the Records (Salesforce Objects) that match. Are we not able to have all records update based on the triggers?

We have Zaps that pulls information from Fountain to Salesforce. Our Zaps are designed in such a way that it pulls the data from Fountain through Webhooks once Applicant is moved to a certain stage(Contracted Stage). Here once the applicant is signing the documents digitally the stage will be automatically moved to Contracted and the data will be pulled into Salesforce. But there is a delay in documents loading in Fountain so whatever data is there our ZAP is pulling into Salesforce and hence we are missing the documents. Please help us how to get the information from Fountain with a delay of 10 mins or is it possible to add any filter in webhooks so that all the documents will be pulled into Salesforce.

Customers on our Shopify store sometimes change their shipping address prior to the order shipping, this might be the address name, the state, zip code or any combination of the above. I am hoping to create a zap that only fires if any of the address variables change. I’ve tried doing this with filters but I can’t see how it’s possible. The zap will need to fire order ID and new address details to Google Sheets. To reiterate I only want this to fire if any of the shipping address labels change.
Hey guys, i searched everywhere but didn’t find an answer. I would like to add something like a ID which in my case is the “V-Nummer”. The problem is that i want the number to add plus one when a new entry is made.For example V5000 and then V5001 and then V5002 etc. I would be very thankful for your help :-)
