Hi

When I try to do a test trigger in Facebook lead ad form, I get the following error. Would you be able to help us figure out what the problem was?

I have the same issue with my integration with lead ads.

Can u tell me, you are use in your facebook ads form conditional question?

Yes I am using conditional questions in the facebook ad form. I have tried same form in different automation tool and its working

Hi @Webdura Technologies ,

First, note that just because the Zap can’t find a lead for you there, you’re not necessarily blocked on setting up that Zap. You can click on the Skip test button and be given a sample lead to work with in mapping fields in later steps.

To get a sample lead from Facebook Lead Ads, you’ll need to use their testing tool. Have you tried that? The help doc on using that tool is here.

Setting up your Facebook account(s) with all the correct permissions is also sometimes a bit of a sticking point. We have a help doc on that here.
