My zaps have been working fine to add new contacts to our Benchmark Email contact lists from Podio CRM until today. I am getting the error message: you have exceeded your API limits for adding contacts Please check your API field and try again. Can anyone help me with this?
Hi everyone!We’re developing an integration with Zapier, and while most of the OAuth v2 works well, the refresh flow is not working for us. It seems that Zapier instead of polling our triggers in every 15 minutes, and after it gets a 401 calling into the refresh endpoint, it is calling the /validate endpoint for our OAuth platform, which gives back 400 so the refresh flow never happens.Does anyone know when, where, why calls Zapier into the /validate endpoint?Can we alter Zapier’s behaviour to only call into the auth endpoint then the token endpoint, get an access token, call our service with that token over and over until it gets a 401 from our service, then call into the refresh token endpoint on our oauth platform? My team does not own the oauth platform, so I doubt modifying the /validate behavior to give back 401 is a valid route for us.Any ideas?Thanks,Daniel
Hi all! I want to use an automation to send an email reminder to clients (Attendees Emails) prior to meetings, based on Google calendar event timing. I’ve managed to find the automation but the problem is that I don’t see where I can add a filter so the email reminder will only send to clients meetings and not internal company events.The idea was to filter based on email addresses so internal email addresses (for example emails with @comapany.com) will not get the remainder and all other email addresses will. Any ideas? Thanks in advance!
I messaged Zapier customer service about this issue but they never respond to me so I’m hoping the community can help. I’m looking at sending information from Podio to KV Core which is what realtors use as their CRM. Is this possible?I’ve seen a custom made integration to KV Core but when I click the invite link it just takes me back to the homepage where my zaps are. Hello all, I want to connect Zapier with Yoast SEO. I want to automate the meta description. Now they have stopped working together, but it should be possible through a 'webhook'. Does anyone have an example for this, possibly how they linked Zapier to another program using a webhook? Then I have a better idea of what information to look for. The order of execution is determined by the rules you set up for each path. When a trigger event occurs, Zapier evaluates the rules for each path in the order they are defined. The first path whose rules are met will be executed, and the subsequent paths will be skipped. So, the execution order follows the order in which the paths are defined.
I am using the New Shopify product trigger in my zap and it finds products on the test run but never finds new products when I run the zap even after I add new products to my store. I previously tried to do this with the atom feed of the products from my store which worked but the feed on Shopify is limited to 25 items so it stopped working after that many. Looking for help ideally with the current zap using the Shopify trigger.Here are screenshots:
Hey guys I have a really successful integration with Salesforce Case object and DevOps - The missing piece is being able to transfer any attachments that our customers / Support team add to the ticket to the new Bug created in DevOps - We have got round this by having a manually step in between where the attachments are copied to a location and the dev team access them - It isn't always being done.I have been asked to explore other options and there is a dedicated piece of software to do it called Exalate which can do it - Before I move away from Zappier is this possible with the integration?Case Status pause reason “XXXX” added - > create bug report in a specific iteration path & transfer the documents from the case
Hi have created a zap which uses instant type of trigger to fetch event data.In the zap history I am getting empty data and the error is null (Text) Exactly matches {{434343__variable_name}}. The data from zapier events is not getting populated correctly. Let me know how can this be done.
My ideal workflow that I am having a hard time figuring out how to do using Zapier: a Salesforce opportunity moves into stage = Contracting feed specific fields from the Salesforce Opportunity into a Google Doc template email or slack the newly created google doc to specific peoplebelow is my initial attempt at what I think the steps are but it keeps erroring after Zapier can find the Google Template.
I have a zap that triggers on a new or updated SQL row. The first step sends the data to woo. The second step should take the output of the first step and update the original row. I have an Upddate SQL server row. There are two fields at the bottom, Row and ID Column. How do I use those two fields? I assume output from the first step will allow the update to identify the correct row to update, but I can find no documentation on the fields in this step.
Hi,I am building a chatbot on Zapier's new chatbot feature (beta).I am trying to figure out how to collect data from the chatbot's conversation history with a user. For example, if the bot asks for the user's name and phone number, how can I store this and send it to a spread sheet? Many other chatbot competitors have this option; will Zapier integrate it soon, or has anyone figured out how to currently accomplish this?

How do I filter a Calendly radio button question type to create a specific clickup event type within a specific folder and list? To make it more clear, I want my attendees to select a specific grade and subject to attend a class that will be updated into click up under the folder (Grade) and list (Subject). How can we get rid of it.
Everything seems to be working perfectly other than this last bit. When a user submits a form on the landing page the zap then uses the info to submit the info to one of my main gravity forms. I have Submit Form as that option specifies that it will create an entry & fires all events with that form. It creates the event, sends all notification emails, etc all perfectly. The issue is that while it is triggering notifications & confirmations it’s not triggering the webhook set up through the same gravity form. Thats the only part it’s not triggering. Is this not possible, glitchy, or have I missed a setup step I’m not seeing? For simplification:Elementor Pro Form On Landing Page Submission → Zapier Webhook → Zapier Submit Form In Gravity Forms (Set to a gravity form we use for other pages that has a webhook to send info to the CRM) → Works perfectly creating a submission/notification emails/confirmations/ but not the graivity forms pre-existing webhook for CRM. Has anyone used Zapier to create an effective notion + linear integration?Our customers use Notion to make requests and then we create engineering tickets from those requests in Linear.So I want to create:When new issue created in Notion then create issue in Linear (and I'm able to do that.)But I also want to do:When issue updated in Linear, update issue in Notion (and I can't)I'm having trouble finding a way to set an identifier that links issue XYZ in linear to the corresponding issue in Notion and vice versa.I would LOVE input / help. After following all of the instructions in the previous statement I still cannot seem to get the zapier account to link. I tried copying the portion of the URL suggested and pasting it into the custom field but still I received an error. Are there any other recommendations?
HelloI have an automation to create a certificate for trainings. Form sends the data to a google sheet that then sends the data to fill a Google slide template with PlaceMakers and saves it on a specific folder on google drive. I need to do a final step and convert the created certificates into PDF. But cant seem to find the correct app or method.
I’m wanting to add a photo to a facebook post when a new contact is added in Active Campaign. I already have a zap that works well for a text related message, however it would be more effective if i use a photo. Currently i’m trying to pull a photo from a shared url from dropbox. I’ve attached the message i receive from a Zap test.
I am having issues syncing Data from SQL to a Zendesk dropdown field. The error I get is The app returned "Base Shipping Agent is invalid (not a valid drop-down option)". I have checked the dropdown and the field is in the dropdown menu in Zendesk
I want to create a hubspot quote for a workflow. Our customers fill out a form and taht triggers a Zapier workflow that has several steps before the main action, like find contact, create deal etc. These steps are functioning well but now I want to create a Hubspot quote from the form submissions and are trying out the api request call option from zapier. Sadly there arent many error messages I’m getting and I don’t know how to setup this python code to create the quotesRight now I’m using the following Body code to create those quotes. After creation of the quote I want to edit the associations. But first I would be happy if I trigger a quote creation. I’m using the POST/crm/v3/objects/quotes kind regards
I am trying to set up an iFax to Google Drive integration. I have it set up to trigger when “New Fax Received” and the Event is Copy File to Drive. Everything seems to be set up properly.
