Good morning,I've created a test zap that extracts a sample file from hubspot (via public url) and send it to a specific SugarCRM lead (standard connection). I tried two ways, both present in my Zap1- using the standard SugarCRM connector and passing the File (not shown) in the Attachment field2- getting the Token from CRM and invoking a POST webhook, passing again the File (not shown) in the File parameter of the CallIn both case I can't get the File uploaded correctly in SugarCRM.Using Postman or Curl, I can send it easily.How can I do that?Maybe because File (not shown) coming from Hubspot is in the hydrate format ? How to convert in Bin? I have set up Zapier to create/update a prospect on Pardot whenever a LinkedIn lead gen form is filled out. The way this works--->A Zap has been created on Zapier. I have the LinkedIn app connected to a Webhook app, the Webhook will then post the form details to a formhandler on Pardot. Whenever a LinkedIn lead gen form is filled out I will also receive an email (automation on the form handler) Unfortunately sometimes a Prospect is not being created/updated - I found this out by downloading the LinkedIn Leads from LinkedIn. I am really struggling with why I am not getting the prospects created/updated on Pardot. I have checked field mappings etc and everything seems fine from that side. Im wondering if I am missing something else or if anyone else has come across similar problems?

I am using a zap to take an order from Checkfront and put it into Workwave whenever a order is changed. I have everything working however the zap creates a new order on every change. I would like it to create a new order if one does not exist and update the order if one already exists. Can anyone give me some advice on how this would be created.
I have created several Zaps from Formspark (linked to custom-coded contact forms on the website) to ActiveCampaign, and have not had any issue. However, I am struggling to get two Zaps to work from the main contact form to ActiveCampaign. I have set up two Zaps because my client doesn’t have Paths available (not interested in upgrading at this time):When someone fills out the contact form, Zapier checks to see if contact is in AC. If no, contact is created in AC. If yes, Zap stops, no further action. When someone fills out the contact form, Zapier checks to see if contact is in AC. If yes, contact is created in AC, allowing for fields to be updated (not replaced). If no, Zap stops, no further action.I duplicated these 2 Zaps from another form on the website, and these have been running successfully for months. Hi, Is there a way to have Zapier update the custom fields of two or more Click up tasks?I have a folder with two lists. I have a task with a custom quantity field on one list and I want that quantity to be added to the custom quantity filed of another task located at the second list. The custom fields settings are the same for both lists. I would like the above to be an ongoing action as the first list’s tasks needs to update the second list’s tasks.
Hi All, I am setting a zap so that when a box is updated in Notion it send an email via outlook. I have set up the trigger as Updated database item in Notion. However I can’t see where I specify what item I want it to work from. I.e there are lots of properties in the database but I want it to trigger the email when the “Project Completed” property is updated. However I can’t see anywhere to add that? I don’t want it to send the email anytime there is any update on the database. Is anyone able to assist please? Thank you!

Hi Zapier, Reddit allow multiple search terms to be used in the query. Check Boolean operators and grouping here:https://support.reddithelp.com/hc/en-us/articles/19696541895316-Available-search-features Please support this feature as a trigger in a Zap or at least mentioned how you expect the Reddit Search field to be configured in Zap. There is no way to troubleshoot this as it just do not start and there is no errors, no task usage.
I have a zap that integrates a Gravity form to add a row to Excel in Sharepoint. However, when the row is added, it messes up the formatting in the spreadsheet columns, making the cells to small for the data being added. In order to keep the formatted width of the columns I have protected the sheet (no password protection) and the only option that users are not allowed to perform is to format columns. I tested my gravity form and it did indeed add the data to a new row in the spreadsheet and kept the columns’ formatted width. However, I got a Zapier Alert email with the below error message. What should I do? I don’t want to have to widen the columns every time. This sheet is used by others to also manually add leads from other sources.
I’ve been trying to connect Calendly for a few days now and I keep getting an error message saying “authentication failed: The app returned ‘invalid token’.” I’d like to note that even if it failed, Calendly shows up in my list of apps albeit unusable as it says the auth has already expired and that I need to reconnect it.

Enter a value "Schedule At" that is in the future.Two problems:--Well it for some reason is posting in slack twice… identical message.--- Also I set it to post X days, Y mins before Z event happened, it did post on X day but not the minutes. It’s all in the same time zone which is set right. So for example, it should have posted at 8pm but it didn’t show up until 9:23pm. Perhaps zapier isn’t that precise? If so, is there a window I should plan for it to complete the action? TIA!
I’ve searched for this without success so maybe it’s not yet possible or still in development. But is there a way to take a text with several tweets and then automatically share them as a twitter thread?I know I can use the formatter to split the text into separate tweets, but don’t know how to then post them as one thread. I tried Buffer, but it doesn’t seem to have an integration to create threads.Has anyone got a solution or knows of a service that works with Zapier and can let you automate the thread posting process?

Hey team, As seen in the image below, say I have a field XYZ and its set to required, if I do not select a value for this field, it shows a error message in red text describing the issue. Is it possible to write my own input validation function, say checkIfAllowed [which could possibly be an API call]? The flow will look something like: 1. I select some option for the input field XYZ, this function should execute and depending on the result, an error message can be shown to the user, say “Not allowed”. Or in positive case, the rest of the dropdown should show. I see I can use altersDynamicFields for dynamically updating the rest of the dropdown. Can I in any way show a custom error message if the validation fails? Thanks

Hello, I’m trying to connect multiple Calendly accounts to Zapier with API keys. I can connect my own account easily by logging in, but now I want to connect one of my client’s account with his Calendly API key. However, whenever I click “add connection,” it automatically duplicates my own account’s connection and doesn’t give me an option to connect with an API key. I have Slack starter and Calendly premium. I’ve troubleshooted with friends and they’ve sent me looms of them doing the same exact thing as me but getting an option to input an API key. I’ve tried this in different chrome profiles, incognito browsers, and I’ve removed my own Calendly account and re-added it multiple times - nothing worked. I click “add connection,” a pop-up comes up, loads for a bit, then closes and automatically duplicates my original connection. It seems like this pop-up is where it should prompt me to input an API key, but I get nothing. Zapier support told me to try in an incognito window and I haven’t
